About Perry & Rita

Thanks for stopping by!

We are Perry & Rita and have been renting our 2 bedroom apartment traditionally for about 7 years now. This summer (2015) we decided to try something different. We love to travel & meet new people & thought why not try fully furnished corporate rental? We have 2 children & know how hard it is to find a place when you are thinking of planning a family vacation. Not all places cater to children. So, if you do have children our place would work great for you as there are plenty of parks and activities near by.

And of course if you are single or a couple we welcome that as well. The neighbors are great, walls are well insulated and there are no neighbors on top of you since the apartment is on the top (2nd) floor. We live in the lower unit and are available to answer any questions you may have.

We look forward to hosting you in the future!

Clean, convenient for my trip

  • 5 of 5

We stayed for 2 nights only. The place is clean, very spacious for 3 of us. We did not use the kitchen or the laundry at all since we were spent most of your time at a relative close by. Thanks you

Great little neighborhood and home to call "home base" while visiting Montreal!

  • 5 of 5

Rita and Perry have a clean, well kept apartment in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to public transportation including the Bixi bikes and the bus system. There's a super market a few blocks away for groceries, Tim Horton's location and a small bakery even closer to the home. Rita and Perry were very quick to answer any questions I had and full of helpful tips for any part of the city I wanted to explore. The home was very comfortable and I felt safe. It was a great first Montreal experience for me!

Nice Place to Stay

  • 4 of 5

We recently stayed at this apartment in Montreal and enjoyed it very much. It's located in a neighborhood located across from a public park and close to the bus line to other parts of Montreal. The owners, Perry and Rita were very pleasant to work with and communicative. The beds were comfortable and there was a washer/dryer in the unit. I would say the only draw back for us was the noise at night from the park and the stairs to get to the unit were pretty steep. Of course, we are over 60 with bad knees so if you're in good shape with no knee problem, then you're fine. The living room has a nice TV and a couch and futon. It was comfortable for people on the couch, but not so much if you were on the futon.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Great house/location and very friendly owners

  • 5 of 5

We loved the place. It is highly recommended. Very spacious, all clean, quiet place and the house is really very homie. We are definitely going to come back to this apartment. No regrets whatsoever in taking this place.

Very accessible to restaurants, groceries, transportation. 3 mins walk to a bus stop. Nearby or just a bus ride, 10 minutes away to Park Olympique or the Metro/Subway.

The little balcony is very relaxing. It was really worth it getting this place.

Thanks to Rita and Perry!

First Choice for Future Visits

  • 5 of 5

These lovely accommodations made our recent visit to Montreal for a family reunion a total and comfortable pleasure. Our host (and his charming assistants) offered necessary help and information from the day we made our reservation, and a friendly welcome upon arrival. The apartment is easily accessible, in a well-appointed neighborhood with plenty of safe, on-street parking. It sits across from a park, with a well-landscaped park-like setting outback as well as a private entrance. Spotless and with elegantly simple decor, it held beds with good, firm mattresses covered in fine linens with a quality assortment of down and foam pillows. We particularly appreciated the large, plush towels provided for our use, far more luxurious than in many high-end hotels. Upon our arrival, Perry set up our iPad wifi and provided maps and directions to our final destinations including other attractions on our list. He guided us to a patisserie a block away for morning croissants, and dining options in the area within walking distance. Do to a travel snafu, we arrived in the evening but found a small Vietnamese restaurant within a short walk still open and with excellent offerings. Had we wanted to cook, the apartment included a fully-equipped kitchen. Our two-night stay was both affordable and restful and was capped with a trip to the Montreal Botanical Gardens a short distance away when we departed. I will enthusiastically recommend this abode to anyone traveling to Montreal and area environs. Our family gathering and activities in Laval and other suburbs were quick drives away, and we felt welcomed and pampered in our lodgings. It will now be my first choice for future trips to the city. Thank you to our hosts for making a long journey a pleasant adventure.

Great value

  • 4 of 5

This was a great choice. This place is clean, well decorated, and well equipped. Wifi was excellent.

We parked on the street and used transportation. In the end it cost $150 to leave the car.

Including this cost, it is still more affordable than staying at a downtown hotel.

The beds are comfortable.

There is no central air. We were there during a heat wave. The window air helped but we were glad we had brought our own fan.

Perry and Rita were easy to deal, very gracious and accommodating.

Access to a washer and dryer was a bonus!

This is a great place for a family.
