We are located in Old Rosemont across a beautiful park. Our 2 bedroom spacious apartment is on the top floor of a quiet semi detached duplex. We are the owners and live in the apartment just below. Should you need anything during your visit we are here for you. It would be our pleasure to help you plan any detail of your stay!

Our rental is perfect for a family vacation. If you have small children we can arrange for you a high chair, pack and play, crib, changing table and more. If you are here visiting family, our rental has everything you need. Nightly, weekly, monthly & long term stays are welcome.

We are only 10 minutes away by car from the very popular Plateau area. We can gladly arrange private parking for you at 2 locations if you choose to sight see to this area by car.

If you are taking public transport, the bus, subway system (metro) and Bixi cycling station is very accessible. We will help you understand the transit map and help you purchase the appropriate fares depending on your needs for the duration of your stay.

Grocery and mall and all amenities are walking distance away or 5 minutes by car. Other amenities include: pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, bars, theaters, boutiques, parks, pools, tennis, basketball courts, Olympic running track & bike path.

We are Perry & Rita and have been renting our 2 bedroom apartment traditionally for about 7 years now. This summer (2015) we decided to try something different. We love to travel & meet new people & thought why not try fully furnished corporate rental? We have 2 children & know how hard it is to find a place when you are thinking of planning a family vacation. Not all places cater to children. So, if you do have children our place would work great for you as there are plenty of parks and activities near by.

And of course if you are single or a couple we welcome that as well. The neighbors are great, walls are well insulated and there are no neighbors on top of you since the apartment is on the top (2nd) floor. We live in the lower unit and are available to answer any questions you may have.

We look forward to hosting you in the future!

Awesome apartment with friendly host

We really enjoyed staying at this apartment during our mini vacation in Montreal. It was very clean and had lots of natural light. The beds were super comfortable. The host, Perry, was friendly and offered great suggestions for our adventures. The apartment was a great base camp for seeing Montreal. I cannot wait to return.

Nice place, good value

Bright & open apartment with a nice view from the front sliders & porch that overlook a park. Easy access to bus routes, and also walking distance to a full supermarket, small shopping mall, and liquor store. Friendly, helpful hosts - we had a lovely stay!

No pets. If you bring a pet into the apartment, a cleaning surcharge of $100 will be applied your “incidentals” invoice.

Quiet time. 10pm to 7am are considered “quiet time”. Please lower the volume and control heavy waking.

Maximum occupancy. There is a surcharge of $10 per person per night for occupancy above 2. You are also welcome to have guests as long as the total number sleeping in the apartment remains as you mentioned in your reservation. For every person above 2 sleeping in the apartment, a surcharge of $10 per person will be applied to your “incidentals” invoice.

No moving furniture.

No smoking inside. If you smoke inside the apartment, a cleaning surcharge of $200 will be applied to your “incidentals” invoice. - Smoking is permitted on the back balcony with the windows closed.

Children under 10 with proof of age stay for free.



- no suitcases on the bedding. Suitcase racks will be provided in both bedrooms.
- keep conversation at a minimum in the front shared entrance.
- no shoes or clutter in the front entrance. In case of emergency this area must be kept clear.
- please leave the apartment tidy
- please keep front door locked at all times
- please do not walk with heels in the apartment
