We joined east-coast family at the home with the intent of using it as a base to visit Red Rock Canyon, Mount Charleston and Valley of Fire. It's ideally located, close to the 215 freeway, providing ready access to all three, avoiding the congestion of the center of the city. The 3 bedroom, 3 bath house accommodated all our needs. Additionally, it was close to fuel and groceries (near the 215/Cheyenne interchange). The neighborhood was generally quiet. It had everything we needed to make our trip comfortable and enjoyable.
Home was clean and as described. There was a problem with the air conditioning the first night, but owner had it fixed promptly the next day. Neighborhood is quiet, and the house was adequate for the two nights we stayed. Would suggest a few tables in the living room and an upgrade on the number of channels for the satellite TV (golfers are always interested in watching The Golf Channel and ESPN).
The Property was as shown very clean I plan a another visit in the fall I well definitely stay at this property if available Very neat both inside and out One could not for more. I felt safe and secure on the property and it location can't be beat
Very clean, quite neighborhood, freindly, easy to work with. If you dont want to stay close to the strip this is a great location. We were in Vegas for a soccer tournament. This location was within 15 minutes of all of the venues we played at. We wanted a place were our dog could be outside as much as she wanted. With a fully enclosed back yard this was perfect.
We really enjoyed our stay at this home in Vegas. We were there with family so having the separate bedrooms plus the common living room/kitchen area was ideal (compared with hotel rooms). The price was right for this house. I don't think we could have found a 3-bedroom house for a better price. The neighborhood was quiet & well maintained, and the house was the same. There were a couple of things I would suggest to the owner. More silverware is the big one. There were something like 6 spoons, 2 forks, and 4 knives. Besides that, there was one box of plastic ware of 6 pieces each (forks, knives, spoons). Unless we were to wash the plastic ware, there wasn't nearly enough to get through our trip (of 4 days) with 6 adults. Plus, some things are just hard to eat with plastic ware. Also, there could have been more bedding. The beds had a sheet, comforter, & pillow on them. We could have used more pillows and some extra blankets. When I called the owner to see if there was more bedding tucked away somewhere, he nicely brought over a bag of blankets & pillows. He was very eager to please us, so that was nice. It just would have been better if we hadn't had to hunt all over the house & then call him. When you get in from a long trip, a glass of wine and a house is very well set up is preferable. Also, a paper with basic instructions would have been nice, explaining what we were supposed to do with the house at departure time as well as some basic things about the house. We had to figure out the TV & we didn't really even know where to throw the trash until we discovered the trash can in the back yard on the last day. That's it. Overall, it was very nice. I just think a few simple things could have made it better.
Very clean, furnishing an amenities up to date and as advertised. We used the home for a family group in town for a wedding and it worked perfectly. Allowed us another hub away from the wedding party families for people to meet up or relax afterward.
