Yes, thank you for letting us use your lake place. It was nice to have family time, and be in such a beautiful surrounding.
We enjoyed sharing meals at the large kitchen table, and having both the upstairs and down to play games or whatever in two groups.
The house is very well stocked with whatever anyone might need.
We hope to arrange another stay at some future time.

We had a wonderful weekend, sharing this home with another family. It had great spaces for the kids and adults. There was plenty of room for all nine of us to sleep and hang out, and the kitchen provided everything we needed, as promised. The neighborhood and walk to the beach felt safe and easy. We hope to come back in the summer to enjoy the expansive decking!
Super cozy. Perfect setup! A great cabin for those who want a relaxing weekend away. Everything we needed plus more!
The company I work for sent a crew that was doing work in the area to stay here and they all had very nice things to say about this house, particularly that it is very well taken care of! It seemed the owner had thought of everything! The owner of the property was very easy to work with and was very prompt in getting back to us! They were also very accommodating to special requests. This place is great! I highly recommend it! And Lake Cushman is beautiful and a wonderful access point to hiking and outdoor activities!
A beautiful ceremony on a deck overlooking the lake, and an amazing time dancing all night In The gazebo. We rented the property next door as well, owned by the same family, and it gave us a quiet and separate space to enjoy, leaving plenty of room in the main house for our guests. We defiantly hope to come back soon!!
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in this Lake Cushman cabin! Great location a couple blocks from a nice park with easy access for us to put our tandem kayak in the lake. The cabin had everything we could possibly need and the owner was prompt in his responses! We would recommend to family and friends and will return!
We had never been to Lake Cushman before so we had no idea what to expect. We had thought the property was right on the lake but you do have to walk a block or two to get down to the water and park. The ONLY downside was that you HAVE to have a parking pass for each vehicle that you plan to take down to the water, boat or not. This has nothing to do with the house or owner- its Lake Cushman rules.
Aside from that, our weekend was perfect. In fact, Corlen stepped up and helped us get a last-minute car and boat pass for our friends! He was available for questions and concerns but never got in our hair. He is incredibly easy to work with- chill and helpful.
The property is beautiful. It is very close to the neighboring gazebo, basically sharing the same yard. So I recommend renting both just in case (even though we didn't and got lucky no one else was there). We were accommodating a big party of folks so we were glad to have the extra entertainment space. And the epic view from the gazebo is really what it is all about. My husband and I plan on renting the gazebo/apartment ourselves in the future.
The house is great- could sleep 12 comfortably. Our snoring friends chose to sleep in their tent behind the gazebo instead and they loved it. The 2 propane grills were awesome to have. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and any pots/pans/etc you may need to prepare a feast.
We had the best time. It helps a lot when the owner is so wonderful to work with before and after. Thanks Corlen!
