About this property

This property is a completely updated destination property. There is plenty of common spaces for your family to enjoy as you vacation in Sunny Southwest Florida. The new kitchen area is fully furnished, all you need is your food. Five king beds and a set of bunkbeds will accommodate up to 12+ guests. There is a nice big laundry room. The back yard and pool area will host your family anytime of the year. There is a gas grill and a gas fire ring for you to use along with games such as cornhole to enjoy in the large fenced in backyard area. This house is approx. 15 minutes from Sarasota's beautiful gulf beaches and downtown Sarasota with many restaurants and other entertainment is only minutes away.
