We are in the northern zone of Madrid, good communication originates being close to landmarks such as the Paseo de la Castellana, the Plaza de Castilla or the Santiago Bernabeu.
The views are unbeatable, the eighth floor overlooking much of Madrid and the location of the building makes it a quiet enclave for not being on a busy street, it is very close to Plaza de Castilla exchanger, the hub of communications City by communicating all the Northern Zone of the Community of Madrid.
Metro line connects you with the center of Madrid and Gran Via in 15 minutes.
Location ideal for walking, shopping and enjoying the surroundings.

Por eso te pedimos que cumplas una serie de normas para que tu estancia en Madrid sea la mejor posible:
- PROHIBIDO fumar y alojar mascotas (sin consentimiento)
-Respetar el descanso de los vecinos y procurar no hacer ruido ni molestar sobre todo en las horas comprendidas entre las 22h-9h. (Prohibido hacer fiestas)

So we ask you to keep a set of rules to make your stay in Madrid the best:
- FORBIDDEN to smoke or allow pets (without consent)
- Respect the rest of the neighbours and try not to make noise or disturb especially in the hours between 22h-9h. (Forbidden to party)
- Occupy the apartment only for the persons listed on the reservation
- If any of the rules is broken, the deposit will not be returned and will be paid to Be ViTal! Patrimonios
- It is requested to turn off lights and air conditioning / heating when not in the home. And we ordered a responsible use of water. Not only common sense, but as respect for the environment
- Terms of Checks: Check Out UNTIL 11h, Check In from 15h to 20h. (Saturdays and Sundays from 15h to 20h)
