This loft is amazingly open & bright; the decor is very comfortable, beautifully modern & urban. The kitchen has a gas range & everything you need to create a gourmet meal. The industrial loft is located on the third floor & the relaxing balcony has a great view of downtown. It’s also very safe & secure and equipped with central air conditioning, WiFi, Cable with 220 channels & all movie channels.

I loved staying here, the light and view are beautiful through the huge East facing window. I spent a lot of time on on the balcony, the outdoor love seat is very comfortable and the neighborhood is entertaining and bustling.
The loft is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and very clean, I will definitely be back!
This property is great and I keep using it again and again! It has a cute balcony the faces east, allowing you tho have your coffee while you watch the city wake up. It has all the amenities you could want and is walking distance from great restaurants and museums. I would highly recommend it if you find yourself needing a place to stay in Denver.
This loft is absolutely perfect for a downtown Denver trip. In a safe quiet neighborhood close to many attractions including museums and night life. Loft is fully furnished, with an east facing balcony looking over the city. There is secure parking available, off the street.
You can easily walk or bike to many locations from here. I know I will be booking this unit for more trips in the future.
Our loft is located in the Golden Triangle, the area South of Colfax, West of Broadway and East of Speer Blvd. The area is a mix of old and new buildings, office space, retail shops, coffee shops, bars, pubs, restaurants, galleries and museums. Whether you are exploring on foot or bike, the choices of eating and drinking establishments are endless. Whatever mood you are in, you will find what you like.
The Cherry Creek bike path is right across the street and will take you downtown or up to Cherry Creek North where there is more great shopping, restaurants and fun things to do. It is great for a picnic lunch, exploring or getting some exercise: bike, rollerblade, run or walk.
There are B-Cycles rental bikes 1 block away that you can check out on an hourly basis to get around if you don't want to walk. We ride our bikes everywhere and it's a great way to check out the city.
The Colorado Convention Center is an easy 10-minute walk and the Colorado State Capitol, U. S. Mint and Denver Art Museum, Colorado History Center and Denver Public Library are all 4 blocks away.
Walk to the Denver Center for the Performing Arts to enjoy a night at the opera or a Broadway play.
Explore LoDo (Lower Downtown –less than a mile away):
-The 16th Street Mall is a pedestrian mall with shops, restaurants, bars etc. Use the free mall shuttle bus that will take you the length of 16th Street, and you can then walk anywhere!
-Coors Field if you want to enjoy a baseball game.
-Visit Historic Union Station, inside you will find restaurants, bars and shops. Upstairs is the Cooper Lounge, which overlooks the grand hall.
-There are numerous microbreweries and tap houses if you like microbrew beer.
Walk or ride bike to Pepsi Center to enjoy a basketball or hockey game or concert. Right next to Pepsi Center is Elitch Gardens, a large amusement park, and a little further Invesco Field where the Bronco’s play. Also in the area is The Downtown Aquarium, one of our favorite places.
Want to get out of the city? Head to the mountains and hike, bike, ski, rock climb, camp, sightsee etc. all within a 30-minute to 1-hour drive.
If you want to truly experience Denver, make this your next vacation. The area has an energetic vibe with outstanding opportunities for an urban and/or mountain experience that has something for everyone.
