Summary Description of the Property
Quaint and cozy chalet located about 5 minutes from Conway and the hub of the White Mountains. As you pull into our neighborhood you notice several chalets on a paved road, winding up and over hills. You pull into our large carport to find our chalet you have rented. The sounds of the babbling brook greet you as you exit your car. Our chalet has two levels. Upstairs is our fully stocked kitchen and dining room with sliders that lead out to the back deck with grill, chairs and table with umbrella. We have an open concept living room/family room with sliders that lead to the front deck and chairs. We have a wood burning stove for those cool nights and ceiling fans for the warm days. We have cathedral ceilings and the warm glow of knotty pine wood walls. We also have telephone and wireless internet as well as washer and dryer. TV, DVD and VCR are in the entertainment unit. Downstairs is the bathroom and bed rooms. Front bedroom has 2 bunk beds.
Master has queen size pillow-top bed and a twin size bed at the other end for the youngster who can't sleep alone. Both bedrooms are over 22 feet long. All beds have pillows, blankets and comforters. Walk out the back deck to the back yard where you find our canoe for the pond. There is no house between the chalet and the pond on our side of the street. A short walk around a bend in the road leads you to a crystal clear pond with sandy bottom and plenty of beach for hanging out or playing. The beach has a very gradual grade, dropping off to a deep end with a wooden raft a short swim out. Cross over the brook that flows past our chalet and the other side has a quick drop off to deep water. As you stand at the water’s edge, you are surrounded by mountains and our loon sanctuary.
We have a handy community market located just down the street and 2 miles away you are back out on route 16.
Conway and North Conway has everything you could ever want in a quintessential New England town and the very reason we vacation here. Both have that 'frozen in time' nostalgic appeal as well as numerous restaurants, shops, galleries and outlet stores. It is the perfect location for the vacation you want memories based on and a tradition you will want to pass on to your family.

My family had a nice time at this comfy home. There was plenty of room, a well stocked kitchen and a beautiful forest for the kids to play in. We really loved the fire pit at night and the close proximity to the lake and playground. Would certainly return!
We stayed here for a weekend away and as soon as we walked in we are amazed at how cute and cozy the chalet was! Very comfortable and inviting! Bill was very easy to work with and answered all question fast and with ease! Thank you for sharing your chalet with us looking forward to renting again! Kim and Dan
From the moment we stepped foot in the chalet it was clear that the owners take pride in creating a cozy, clean, comfortable experience for their guests. The layout of the downstairs was perfect for our family with three small children and the upstairs was great for eating family meals and relaxing with a book in the evenings. We loved how short the walk was to the lake and found that we could even carry our kayaks down easily. We were especially impressed when the owner called to check in on us to ensure that we were enjoying our time and everything was going smoothly. We can't wait to go back!
It was a neat clean place, nice bubbling brooke next to the house. Happy the lake was so close and in walking distance. The corner store was a plus with great food options. The price was just right.
The home was perfect for our little family. It is nice and quiet and a great location. We had a newborn when we stayed here so it was a great option for us instead of a small hotel room. It is such a cute and cozy home!
This was our 1st family vacation with our 2 yr old. Being able to come back to a home every night instead of a hotel made a world of difference. I love that there was a 2nd bed in the master bedroom that way my son could sleep in the same room as us but not have to share our bed. The decks were really nice we ate all of our meals out there.
Tax-free outlet shopping. Main Street in Conway is frozen in time with multiple shops and antiques. Some of the best eateries in all of New Hampshire in a close and convenient location. All of the sports any outdoor enthusiast could ever ask for.
