This condo is the best location you will find in Park City, Utah. It is right downtown and across the street from the Town Lift. With free bus service you can get to Deer Valley, The Canyons, and Kimball Junction.

There is so much to do in the city and the area that one visit is never enough. And with Salt Lake City, a quick trip down the mountain, there are all the advantages of living in a quaint old miner's town with the big city amenities close at hand.

The town offers everything from funky to upscale and dining from fast food to gourmet.

Keywords: Large living areas with seperate living room, dining room, breakfast area and den allows for families and friends to stay together in one unit. The fireplace in the living room is a good gathering spot for conversation and to relax. Walk 1/2 block to Main Street to enjoy all the shopping and dining. We have made a home-like environment that allows for relaxation after skiing or hiking. The location allows our visitors to walk and enjoy all the amenities of this vibrant city. Our managing company, Club Lespri gives our guests access to fine dining at the club, a spa,and a health club.

You'll love the size of the unit and the fact that there is off-street parking and only 6 units in the complex, giving you lots of privacy. An outdoor community hot tub adds to the fun of our unit.

With free bus service through out the city, you get to Deer Valley, The Canyons, and Kimball Junction. And the best part is that it a quick 45 minutes from the Salt Lake City Airport on major 4 and 6 lane

We work in the healthcare community so we like to get away. Our condo is our respit and we perhaps love it more in spring, summer, and fall, although we never go a year without skiing. Our family considers this our second home and whenever we asked where it is we would like to retire, our immediate answer is Park City, Utah.

Why A. J. Friedman chose Old Town

Park City, Utah is awesome. The most compelling reason is that it is only 45 minutes from the Salt Lake City airport on major roads that from what we have experiemced are never closed. The city itself offers shopping and dining al all levels. The easiness of life is indescrible. This IS the place to live and enjoy life.

What makes this condo unique

You can walk out of the condo and start hiking in the three seasons when there is not snow. You can ski from the condo. You can hop a bus and reach two other ski areas within minutes. Walking to the shops and dining make living at our condo seem like 'this is what life ought to be.' But you can stay in and order out, or stay in and cook and just stay 'at home.'

Very comfortable home in a great location

This home just had everything. It was so nicely set up that you felt at home the minute you walked in. The location was perfect for us as we were here for the Art Show and could walk to the show so easily. The place was so quiet both from the outside and from the the bedrooms to the top floor where the living room and kitchen are located. It was just a perfect stay and we would be happy to rent it again when we come to Park City.

Perfect location

The condo was perfect for exploring Park City with proximity to the chair lift, downtown, and trolley. The private garage parking saved tons of headache. The space was great for a family of 6. Would love to come back for ski season.

Terrific unit and location

Well maintained unit with fantastic location. The owner and property management company were both very professional. I booked and paid for my reservation 9 months ahead, which made a bit nervous. But all went very well and I would definitely rent this unit again.

2nd time here 3rd time will be in Feb. Great location.

Convenient to everything-walking is easy. Ski lift almost directly across the street and the fee bus shuttle is 30 yards away if you don't want to walk. Clean unit with all the necessities. We had an issue with the heater but the manager had it resolved almost immediately, so great support staff.
