A stunning property in a wonderful location.
As first time visitors from the UK to cape Cod, we were delighted with our choice of property. My family and I had an amazing time, and absolutely loved the Windmill. It is in a great location, is superbly equipped, and had everything we needed for an amazing week. Our kids loved every minute, and some strong memories were made of our time in such a unique property.
It’s proximity to the sea and use of boats, bikes and other beach equipment was a particular bonus. Our kids ages ranged from 7 to 12, and there was something to please each of them. We know they will go back to school in August excited to tell their friends of their incredible experiences at the Cape Cod windmill.
Thank you so much for the kind words. We are so glad you had a wonderful time at our peaceful paradise. We look forward to you making more memories at The Windmill!

We had a wonderful time there. There property was very neat and clean .
Very easy process to rent the property. When we had a problem getting in the owners responded promptly. Great people to work with.
Great spot on Cape Cod’s south shore
This was our 3rd stay at the Windmill house. It is in a quiet neighborhood but super close water access for kayaking, fishing, exploring for crabs and other marine life. The parents enjoyed it almost as much as our 3 yr old granddaughter. Proximity to Hyannis makes for easy entertainment and dining options. Enjoy the view from all parts of the house, including the big deck. We love the spot!
We had 3 couples that were looking for a place with plenty of room and close to the ferry to Nantucket. This house was exactly that and more. Only issue was arriving and being unable to get into the property for 30 minutes due to a recent change in the lockbox code that had not been changed in the checkin instructions. That said, everything else was a very pleasant surprise.
We visited for 3 days this Spring and had a wonderful time. The house is conveniently located near a lot of Hyannis attractions. Although it was too cold to swim we were able to walk to the nearby beach near the house. Almost every room has a wonderful view and plenty of places to sit outside to enjoy them. Would definitely stay again!
tons of character and beautiful views. fireplace and steam shower perfect for off-season stays.
great views, good location, plenty of space, great kitchen for preparing large family meals. a great choice for the area.
