Comfortable, spacious apartment in great location

  • 4 of 5

Three of us stayed in Ross and Amber's apartment for a week. It served us very well, with plenty of spotlessly-clean room, a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture, quiet nights, and lovely owners. Arrangements with Ross went smoothly (except for a last-minute delay in receiving check-in information, which we resolved). We didn't need anything while we were there, but Ross and Amber were readily available if we had. There is some noise transferrence between the upper (rental) unit and the lower unit where Ross, Amber, and their relatively new baby live. We were very concious of making the floors creak and the few times we accidentally dropped things, and could hear sounds from downstairs sometimes during the day (walking, television, piano, although never the baby except through the windows, lucky Ross and Amber!). Again, nights were really quiet. The location was great, very close to Ken's Market and Macrina Bakery (we were there at least once a day), and a block from a stop for the 1 bus to lower Queen Anne and downtown. This is a good deal for Queen Anne, and we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect home in a quiet neighborhood.

  • 5 of 5

This home was perfect for our stay in the Queen Anne neighborhood of Seattle! It is close to everything. We walked to a cute coffee shop for our morning coffee. The house was very clean and so roomy. The dining room was wonderful with a comfortable couch in front of the window to enjoy an afternoon cup of coffee! The house is so bright and has amazing views of the water. Our family will definitely stay here again. Thanks to Ross and Amber for making our stay so wonderful!

Very much enjoyed our stay! The home was just what we wanted and expected as we enjoy staying in older "character" homes. Loved the large tile shower. Location was great, close to everything. Only regret is we didn't have more time for a longer stay. Thanks Ross and Amber :o)

From the first impression to the last minute our stay was great! Ross and Amber were very accommodating letting us check in early and being there just enough. The apartment was beautiful and the perfect way to spend out time in Seattle. The light is beautiful, it is airy and decorated simply but well. We enjoyed the view of the glowing sunset through the huge window at the front of the apartment as well as an afternoon drink on the back patio. The neighborhood is great and has all that you need.

Thanks for the homey space. We will be sure to book again when we return to Seattle.
