Why Ross & Amber chose Northwest

We love living on Queen Anne Hill. We love the quiet tree lined streets, expansive mountain and sound views and plentiful restaurants, shops and services within a short walk. Queen Anne is 10 minute bus/car ride from Seattle Center, Key Arena, McCaw Opera House and Lower Queen Anne shops and restaurants.

What makes this house unique

You simply can't beat this home's unique charm and location. It is a perfect jumping off spot for all that the Northwest has to offer.

Very much enjoyed our stay! The home was just what we wanted and expected as we enjoy staying in older "character" homes. Loved the large tile shower. Location was great, close to everything. Only regret is we didn't have more time for a longer stay. Thanks Ross and Amber :o)

From the first impression to the last minute our stay was great! Ross and Amber were very accommodating letting us check in early and being there just enough. The apartment was beautiful and the perfect way to spend out time in Seattle. The light is beautiful, it is airy and decorated simply but well. We enjoyed the view of the glowing sunset through the huge window at the front of the apartment as well as an afternoon drink on the back patio. The neighborhood is great and has all that you need.

Thanks for the homey space. We will be sure to book again when we return to Seattle.

Book It!!

We LOVED staying in this wonderful apartment! I actually run a vacation rental management company, so of course we notice every detail. :) Nothing was missed, the home is spotless, with upscale, AMAZING mid-century furnishings and decor. The location is fantastic, and parking was super easy. Ross was very attentive, but also totally respectful of our privacy. Everything about this apartment is relaxing, authentic, and welcoming. A great Seattle experience!

Queen Anne Dream

  • 5 of 5

This apartment was perfect for me and my family. The location is ideal in the heart of Seattle’s Queen Anne neighborhood with many fine restaurants, bakeries and groceries within easy walking distance. There are also traveler friendly barber shops and dry cleaners very nearby. The apartment is on a quiet, safe street with easy access to the city bus or for a quick Uber pick up. Street parking is not an issue if you have a car.

The apartment itself is very well furnished with two comfortable queen size beds. The kitchen has new, modern appliances and is equipped to accommodate any meals you may wish to prepare even though Seattle is a great restaurant town. The owners also provides two very nice fans and a super sounding wireless speaker. The place is also equipped with plenty fast Wi-Fi.

This is a wonderful way to visit the Emerald City. I’d recommend it to anyone looking to avoid the corporate downtown hotels or motels on busy highways.

Wonderful apartment, good quiet location

  • 5 of 5

Ross was very helpful throughout the entire booking process. We even got to meet him the day after we arrived. There are several buses that pass close to the house though Uber might be your best choice if you are in a hurry or going somewhere more specific. There is a small but good grocery store a few blocks down, as well as a yummy taco place for those last minute meals. The apartment is absolutely wonderful- if I ever move to Seattle, this is the type of apartment I would get and in this neighborhood! There is so much natural light, the decor and furniture is simple/functional yet stylish, the kitchen is the perfect size etc. There is even a pretty good view of the lake front from the big windows in the front!
