Reviewer Comments:

Very nice house, great condition, pretty new. Being right on the water is great. Kayaks, Paddle boat, rowboat, fishing equipment were wonderful and we enjoyed them all. Nice community, peaceful, yet close enough to drive and get what you need/see for civilization. The only tough thing was no air conditioning. Very hot and humid when we were there, and the fans just didn't not give relief especially in the upstairs bedroom. I would recommend the owners add it or at least get portable ACs. The lower level did stay nice and cool, and has a great flat screen, and bedroom, but you still need to use the upstairs for cooking, bathrooms, sleeping, etc. The house has a great deck and is very relaxing. You can hear the loons and folks kayaking. It would have been a little nicer if a few of the trees were cleared away and we could actually see most of the lake. Overall very enjoyable except for the lack of AC

Nice Waterfront Location & Beautifully Decorated Home!

  • 4 of 5

We had a great time staying at this home in Eidelweiss Village. The home was clean, comfortable, and very nicely decorated. It came with all of the pots, pans, utensils, and other necessities that you need. I recommend this home to families and couples looking for a nice White Mountains getaway.

Clean with lots of room and great access to water

  • 4 of 5

Very good location. Boats available made it nice not to bring ours. The fire pit is nice feature and level for sitting. The steepness of the incline to the water can be a little tough, but not prohibitive. There was an issue with wifi but we were looking to get away and the realtor addressed this with home owner so I suspect it will be fixed for future.

The realtor Courtney was awesome! Super responsive, answered all our questions quickly, and positive. In addition, she went above and beyond and kindly returned our camera battery we inadvertently left plugged in.

Id recommend this property and realty company.

Beautiful property with direct water access

  • 5 of 5

This place is first class all the way (yet very comfy, not stuffy). There is plenty of parking. The house sits quite a bit off the road, has a small front lawn and woods surround you on both sides, providing privacy from neighbors (really can't see them and they can't see you). The house is right on the water, though if you are not graceful beware as the dock (fairly good-sized) is at the bottom of a kind of steep back yard. But no biggie, especially when you hit the dock (great reward awaiting you). Lots of boats are available for your use to meander about in the water. Don't forget to check out the fire pit on your way down - its' well thought out design provides ample sitting space and provides breath taking views of the water and mountains.

Now about the house, the owners put a lot of thought into its layout and decor. While the photos do provide insight, they don't do it justice - lots of extra details adds to its beauty. The interior trim is custom, the relaxing colors seamlessly flow from room to room, and the photos scattered about are brilliant. While everything is exquisitely and tastefully designed the house is comfy and cozy (even for Fido) and easy to navigate through. It doesn't have a lot of tchotchkes, which I really like. Oh and I almost forgot something important -- the showers are spacious and super powerful - no low flow issues here!

Last thing from me, the deck is good sized and very open, you can enjoy the water views without tripping over stuff because there's not a lot on it. The deck also has a built in bottle opener, what more can you ask for :)
