If you are a couple or small family looking for easy access to the beach with out the ocean view premium, this 742 sq. ft. villa is for you. Located just steps from the ocean front, this welcoming first level villa has been recently renovated with soft colors and tile floors. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops, a new stainless steel full size refrigerator with ice maker, new stainless steel electric stove and microwave, garbage disposal and all the modern appliances.
The living area includes a reclining easy chair and side chair, a sofa which converts to a queen size bed, a wall mounted flat screen TV with DVD player, stereo with CD player and a writing desk. There is WiFi access and a printer provided for your use. The living area opens to a covered deck with new furnishings, perfect for that morning cup of coffee.
The bedroom includes a king size bed, full dresser, flat screen TV with DVD player and its own access to the inviting deck. The bathroom has a shower/tub combinations and granite dual sink counter.
A washer and dryer are located in a pantry alcove. Near the beach area an outdoor shower allows you to rinse the sand after a day in the sun.
Kiawah is located just 40 minutes from downtown Charleston, with its charming atmosphere, museums, tours, shops and award winning restaurants. Nearby attractions include a tea plantation, a winery, antebellum plantations and historic parks.
This villa is a short walk from The Sanctuary hotel, with its outstanding restaurants, bars and spa, and is located opposite Night Heron Park and Nature Center. Island amenities include hiking, biking, golf tennis and of course the outstanding beach.

Owners are recent retirees, who spend several of the winter months at the villa. We especially enjoy the easy access to a stunning beach and the miles of bike trails on Kiawah. The island is a perfect vacation spot for us any time of the year.

We first visit Kiawah in the 1980s and fell in love with its beauty. When we were looking for a warm weather vacation home, this welcoming located villa perfectly met our needs.
We love the many activities and a wide array of outstanding dining options, ranging from brick oven pizza and local barbeque to world class restaurants. The many miles of paved bike paths have provided many hours of enjoyment.
I stayed in this villa twice, for two separate trips, and would gladly stay again! The unit was everything I expected: Clean, updated, a 5 minute walk to the beach, quiet and comfortable! The owners are very gracious people, and the Kiawah Island management team made the stay easy. I highly recommend this rental.
This was our second stay in this villa. It is lovely, immaculate and nicely decorated. I was very happy to see that when the remodeling was done the owners did not remove the bathtub in favor of a shower! So many places do that now and for those of us who prefer a relaxing soak, a shower just does not cut it!
We were very pleased with the condo, it was very clean and very comfortable . The location was great,very close to the beach . The kitchen was updated and well stocked with everything we needed . The king size bed was very comfortable with nice linens. We would absolutely stay here again. A nice added touch was a binder in the living room with all kinds of information about the Island , with local restaurants that were suggested. Freshfield Village is a nice place to shop and eat . My wife, daughter, and I throughly enjoyed our visit to Kiawah and staying in this condo. Everything in the listing is accurate. It only takes a minute to walk to the beach. It is also adjacent to the bike path, so you can get a morning paper at the local store, which is less than a 5 minute ride. I recommend renting bikes for the entire time you are there. The rental companies deliver the bikes directly to you condo. It is the best way to explore the island.
The porch is a great place to enjoy a quiet breakfast. The whole condo was clean and well maintained.
I corresponded with the owner several times prior to our visit. He provided some good info such as golfing and places to eat. Plenty of good resturants on the island and just off it. There is a large grocery story in Freshfileds Village, just off the island, where you can buy groceries.
I would definitely stay at this condo again and recommend it others.
We have been to Kiawah many times and love the island. This condo was wonderful with all the ammenities of home. The location was superb and very close to the beach. The condo was spotless and the kitchen was fully equipped. We would highly recommend this to anyone and will definately try to stay there again. We consider Kiawah to be "paradise."

Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed. Payments, including damage protection fee, are processed by our on-site property manager. Major credit cards accepted. $250 deposit due at booking, with balance payable 30 days before arrival.
