We just completed a new salt water pool for the private back yard. Even though this is a front to back duplex, the pool is for the exclusive use of the rental of this Unit. Or you can rent both units for large groups. To see our other unit go to Property ID# 323625. Just completed, is the Bath House next to the pool. No running up and down the stairs while entertaining in this beautiful back yard. We've thought of everything including a gas grill at your disposal. Make dinner outside while you watch the kids play in the refreshing pool after a long day on the beach. The inside is exceptional. We have a King bed in two bedrooms and a Queen in the other. Full size washer/dryer inside for your comfort and convenience. The kitchen is fully loaded including a huge amount of prep space on a black granite countertop that also serves as a dining table or gathering place for games. We provide all the amenities you need including two coffeemakers (one being a Keurig), a dishwasher, icemaker in the freezer, over the range microwave. All the appliances are new. Every room has a TV including the 50" in the living room. The master bath has a great natural stone shower with a bench. The Master Suite is oversized and all the bedrooms are roomy. Cable and WiFi

Wonderful Place!

First off, the pool is actually bigger than it appears in the pictures. Our family of four was easily able to comfortably use it together. Its also covered which keeps it at a nice temperature even on super hot days. We probably enjoyed it more than beach! FYI, the beach is just a block away. Its a very short and easy walk. The kitchen is actually well stocked, much better than most places I've stayed at on the island. Lots of dishes and utensils as well as cook ware so you can easily make a nice meal. You can tell a lot of care has been put into this property. Its clean and very well maintained. Plus, there are tons of little touches added to make your stay even easier. The owners are also easy to reach and communicate with. I couldn't figure the thermostat and my call was immediately returned and a handyman showed up within minutes to help me. This place was well worth the money!

Great beach rental. We'll be back!

We travel to South Padre Island each year and typically do a beach rental when we visit. This year we decided to try a new beach house and this was a fabulous find! We rented the rear unit that comes with the private pool and it was so worth it. Here is review:

We had three vehicles and had plenty of space to park upon arrival. When we walked through the gate to access our unit we found a really nice covered area with picnic table and a gas bbq pit for grilling. Then we saw the saltwater pool that is surrounded by a beautifully tropical landscaped yard and it was like paradise. Part of the pool is shaded which is nice. We had the convenience of an outdoor shower stall and separate stall with commode so we could change, rinse off or take care of business without having track water or sand upstairs. I loved this feature! They did such a great job in the outdoor pool area that we spent a lot of our time outside grilling, lounging and swimming. We were able to see the wonderful firework show from the driveway too.

Upstairs we found a beautifully decorated and updated beach house. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The living area was spacious and fit two full sized sofas, an ottoman and a good sized television. There is deck access overlooking the pool from the living area. The kitchen had plenty of counter-space with a granite peninsula that doubled as our eating area. Plenty of utensils there. There was plenty of bar stools for seating while eating. The master bedroom was generous in size and had a king-sized bed, great closet space and an easy access walk-in shower. The second bedroom was also generous in size and had a full/queen bed with powder room in it!!! It also had a stackable washer and dryer for laundering clothes and towels. The third bedroom was also large and contained another king sized bed. This room was next to the guest bathroom with tub/shower combination. This room had an upstairs deck area that overlooked the pool downstairs. Each room had plenty of storage and closet space, televisions and the unit itself had enough restrooms for the seven of us. We could tell a lot of thought and care was put into this place and the owners were friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed our stay so much that one day at the beach was enough for us...the rest of the time we lounged outside, swam in the pool and just enjoyed family time in space just for us with no other guests.

Beach Access 11 is 5 minute walk!

Amazing condo with a pool and very close to the beach!

The condo featured 3 bedrooms, 2 kings and a queen, 3 bathrooms a washer dryer living room and kitchen. It had it's very own pool that was plenty big enough. Mr. and Mrs. Tamez, the owners were awesome to work with. We plan to revisit this location next year due to the positive experience.

Super nice beach house

Our stay on the property was wonderful .. couldn't of been better .. the best part was the shower and restroom area by the pool.. made it easy to rinse off and change clothes without making a mess going in and out the main living area.

Beautiful house Loved our stay

Beautiful, clean, well kept house. Has everything you need to live the beach life comfortably. I really enjoyed having the bath house downstairs by the pool. I would recommend this property to anyone for their vacation.

Love Love Love this house! !!!!

We planned a sibling getaway and we are so glad we chose this house. We had our own pool in backyard which was so relaxing. The beach was close by within walking distance. The house had everything you need to make your stay the best. All the rooms were roomy and decorated so nice. We plan on coming back very soon. I would recommend this house to everyone!!

Even though the shore is dotted with high rise hotels and condominiums, we still have a nice view of the water from the balcony and it is a very short stroll to the beach. The beach is well maintained and the water clear and clean on most days.
