My wife and I grew up in the mountains of Alberta, but we love the ocean. Ever since we visited Victoria we've been going back to vacation as often as we can. We chose this location for many reasons. One being the quality and standards of the building itself and the fact that the Falls is such a high quality product. Another reason is the ideal location. It is close to the Inner Harbour, Cook St. Village, Beacon Hill Park, and to paths for walks along the water with mountains views. It is close enough to walk to everything. Markets, cafes, banks, shops, video stores, and more are just minutes away. It is just right on so many levels. Things To Do Onsite: - cascading waterfalls - lush gardens - fitness center - outdoor swimming pool - poolside lounge
We enjoy all this property has to offer. Within walking distance is, a recreation centre, a library, grocery stores, various shops, restaurants, a kids play park, and a short walk to the ocean. The large deck provides an enjoyable outdoor space with a wonderful views.
Beautiful, pristine condo. It did get a bit noisy sometimes at night, but the location and the views were spectacular. We loved it.
We live in Vancouver and my husband had to have surgery in Victoria. This apartment was the perfect place for his recovery ,it was so convenient to everywhere and so comfortable .We loved that king-size bed
We booked the condo from October 7-10 and our first impression was we chose a high end rental and all was well. We were greeted by, Kristy, a very friendly and professional woman who showed us "the ropes" ! The pictures on the VRBO site are "bang on" ... what you see is what you get and what you get is WONDERFUL !!
One of the two toilets did not function due to a gasket problem and after phoning Kristy, she came right over to see what the problem was. She was in touch with a plumber but he was unable to come until th next day. We had to flush the toilet using a bucket, which was not the best. The plumber and Kristy showed up the next morning, early, but he was unable to fix the problem so therefore we used the bucket to flush our whole stay !
We were grateful that the weather was cool and we didn't need the windows opened as it was very noisy over the weekend due to traffic and partiers having a grand time until 3ish each night !
The kitchen was wonderfully stocked and we wanted for nothing when it came to cooking all 3 meals there ! The appliances were new and the gas stove was absolutely a gem !
The stackable washer and dryer was also new and it worked beautifully, too ! Lots of laundry detergent, too ... like I said before ... the place was stocked with everything you would ever want or need !
We had our 2 year old grandchild with us and there was a very modern highchair and a pack and play bed.
The location is perfect. We toured around and did some shopping, all within walking distance of the condo. The parking was also a bonus for us.
I would recommend this place to anyone and if we were to go back to Victoria, we would book this condo in a heartbeat !

We enjoyed our stay at this nice and clean apartment.
The condo has really low shower pressure so it was interesting showering there. The king bed has an extremely soft mattress. We'd go to bed and sink into the bed, worried our backs would pay the price in the morning. However, every morning we were a-ok, so maybe we like really soft mattresses?!?
All in all it was a good property and will return if we found ourselves in Victoria. Checkin and checkout was easy. Parking was good, but we found we abandoned the car and walked everywhere as the condo was centrally located.
A clean apartment with all the amenities in walking distance to Victoria's harbour, attractions & restaurants. We plan to return and will recommend to family & friends.
