Great town home, comfortable, perfect location to enjoy the New Orleans French Qukarter

We are native New Orleans folks who had to move away due to work. We drove back to New Orleans this year to enjoy Mardi Gras and get with family. We were lucky to find this place. The town home was located in the perfect spot. It was very close to the French Quarter attractions but away from the constant street noise generated by the Bourbon St. revelers. We really enjoyed Mardi Gras and the craziness that comes with being in the Quarter. The town home was very comfortable, well stocked and we had no problems during our week long stay. The town home had the feel of old New Orleans. If you drive in, you will need to secure parking. There is a parking lot, very close to the unit (Premier Parking - Lot 402). You can purchase a week long, 24 hour parking pass allowing you to come and go as needed. We were able to temporarily park directly in front of the townhome for unloading. If you do not want to mess with driving around town, Uber is a good, cheap way to get around. I would have to say the only downside to this town home was the stairs. Living area is on the 3rd floor and bedrooms are on the 4th floor. There is no elevator. If your cannot do stairs, this is not the place to rent. Overall, we had had great time, found the accommodations comfortable, well set up and in the perfect location. It is a great place to stay if you want to enjoy the French Quarter.

Sherman and his wife Carol were exceptionally gracious and accommodating hosts. The townhome was clean and so comfortable. The location can't be beat, within walking distance to so many great places to eat and play. The only regret we have is that we couldn't have stayed longer. I would highly recommend Sherman and Carol's townhome to anyone planning a trip to the Big Easy.

This is a beautiful condo in the perfect NOLA location!

We came down for Mardi Gras and stayed for five days. We had a group of 6 and it worked very well. The condo is very well maintained and in the perfect location. It is a few blocks off Bourbon Street so you don't have any of the noise, yet close enough to walk to everything! The pictures don't do it justice! It is much nicer!

Sherman was an absolute pleasure to work with and everything was great! I would highly recommend this condo on your next trip to NOLA!
