Enjoy an entire private house all to yourselfs during your stay in Sevilla.
The house is located in the historical centre of Sevilla on Calle Virgen de la Luz, which is a peaceful residential street without car traffic. The area is full of tapas bars, restaurants, and gift shops. This street is situated within a block of Plaza Pilatos and adjacent to the Santa Cruz neighborhood. 10 minutes walking thru the old Jewish Quarter takes you to the Cathedral, Giralda, Alcazar Palace, the main tourist attractions. Seville's shopping area ( Sierpes, Tetun, O'Donell, .......) is directly adjacent. All of Seville's points of interest are within easy walking distance. 10 minutes walk to University of Seville.
18th century sevillian style house, totally restored in 2006, but keeping the style and many of the original details (tiles, iron, wood ceilings.) with modern upgrades.
The first floor entryway with original tiles opens into a small patio sevillano with skylight and stairway. The living room with fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a powder room surround the patio sevillano. The second floor has a master bedroom, a second bedroom (both with wood floors, built in armoires and large double beds), a large bathroom suite, and a balcony over the patio. The bedrooms open out onto Juliet balconies. The third floor contains a third bedroom with a double bed, and a large private terrace (40meters). The house is quite with a lot of light.

We visited Sevilla a few years ago and consider this apartment one of the coolest places we've stayed. And it was situated right near the heart of things.
We totally enjoyed our stay at this beautiful old Sevillan house. The house is very pleasant and comfortable. The terrace with view on the roofs is a real plus, even though the weather was not too great when we went. The neighborhood is quiet (the street is a dead-end and way too narrow for any car to get in) and welcoming (we enjoyed talking to the neighbors).
The location is perfect, within short walking distance of the main attractions of the city, in the old Jewish neighborhood, surrounded by adorable streets where you want to get lost, many restaurants and bars, and is located less than 5 minutes from the Casa de Pilatos, a real jewel of architecture.
Toni and Mark welcomed us very warmly, gave us all the info we needed, even provided the basic elements for a first breakfast (our plane arrived quite late), but let us live our life without ever intruding. This was just perfect. We knew we could count on them but in all freedom.
I will recommend it warmly to anyone going to Sevilla and will return without the least hesitation!
Very quiet location yet convenient to all of Sevilla's sites and neighborhoods.
Toni and Mark are easy to work with....they lined up our departure cab for an early airport run.
House has lots of info for visitors and Mark took the time to give us more details on restaurants and walks.
We can't say enough about how nice this house is and what an amazing value it was for us (family of 4, 2 teenagers). It is in a great location, stunning to walk into, three stories tall, and the best value we were to have in our two week trip in Spain. Toni was accommodating and very helpful in our questions about the city. We would return in a heartbeat!
My family & friends stayed there for 6 nights. It was absolutely lovely, had everything we could have wanted in the house. The remodel is tastefully & well done, the marble floors being welcome with the warm weather. We didn't know about the top deck, but enjoyed breakfast out there in the sunshine. Having all the stores & small restaurants close by was a great perk also! Mark was very helpful with a map & directions to everything we wanted to do. We enjoyed all the walking, good food, beautiful site seeing, etc., all within close range. Would highly recommend this home and the lovely Spanish people.
My husband and I just stayed in this beautiful home for five nights. As other reviewers have commented, this is a superb location from which to explore Seville. Everything you could want is walkable, and yet the location (down a tiny side street) means that there is no traffic noise--very rare for a city like Seville. The house has been beautifully restored and carefully fitted out for guests. We stay in a lot of VRBOs and this definitely is in the top tier. Mark and Toni were very responsive to our e-mailed questions in the months leading up to our stay, and Mark spent a lot of time orienting us to the house and to Seville when we checked in. We loved Seville and this house, and look forward to having another opportunity to share both again.
