About the property

Welcome to Edgington Estates - All the comforts of home to provide the ultimate experience with family and friends in two updated waterfront cottages and two bunkies for $2800-*ALL SOLD OUT FOR 2017! Cottages have two bedrooms each and one 3 piece bathroom each plus 2 bunkies (one bedroom each, use bathroom in cottage). Playground by Northern Pines cottage (playhouses, toys, slide/swing set, larger slide) for children 3-8 years old. 299' of waterfront with sunny south western exposure on Maple Lake-15 minutes southeast of town of Parry Sound. Summer Rest cottage is 685 sq ft, 2 bedroom, wrap around elevated deck, dishwasher in kitchen. Northern Pines cottage is 485 sq ft, 2 bedroom, two tier deck. Deck areas have solar lamps, dining table, chairs, barbeques with filled propane tanks, electric bug zappers. Limit of up to 14 adults/children maximum in total on property (owner is strict on this). Cottages rented on weekly basis only, not rented individually. Located on a private, park like setting. Sandy beach has shallow water entry- great for kids. Large dock in 9' water with Muskoka chairs. Fire pit with solar tiki torches located on beach- fire wood provided. Horse shoe pit area. Dog friendly- one dog per cottage permitted (2 dogs maximum on property). Supplied: 2 canoes, 2 paddle boats, 3 kayaks, life jackets. Renter can dock own boat at dock and launch boat at public boat launch across the bay. Drilled well- safe drinking water. Cable tv, DVD player. Wii and Nintendo. 2017- New DVDs & novels, new drapes, small vacuums for bunkiesNo camping with tents or trailers permitted. No seadoos, no ATVs, no dirt bikes permitted on property. Owner prefers that both cottages be left clean so that $150 cleaning fee per cottage does not have to be charged to renter. Security deposit of $350 per cottage due in cash on arrival. On departure if cottages left clean and no damages then renter gets full security deposit back on departure. Maximum of 14 adults/children in total on property. Weekly rentals only- no weekend or part week rentals. No tents, trailers, RVs, dirt bikes or ATVs on property. No air mattresses on floors in cottages or bunkies. No candles permitted in cottages, bunkies or on deck areas due to fire hazard. Evening campfire only as per Seguin township fire regulations. Renter provides own campfire wood. Renter responsible for taking all garbage/recyclables to dump 5 minutes away- garbage bags provided by owner. Renter responsible for removing all liquor or beer bottles- general store/LCBO outlet 5 minutes away.
