This lovely, fully winterized cottage sits high on a hilltop location on Mountain Lake, about 10 minutes north of the town of Minden.With three bedrooms, it features sleeping accommodation for six people, with a master bedroom with a queen, a main floor room with a queen and two singles that can be moved together to form a king in a loft bedroom. There is also a daybed and pull-out couch in the family room, which has sliding glass doors that open onto a patio area with an outdoor fireplace. The main floor comprises a modern kitchen, which includes a stove, fridge, dishwasher, espresso maker and countertop toaster/convection oven. The kitchen table, which seats 8, looks out onto Mountain Lake. A cozy living room with a wood stove opens out onto a deck, which also commands a great view. The main floor bathroom has a Jacuzzi, and a smaller washroom off the family room has a shower. There is a washer and dryer on site, a wide screen with satellite, pool table, and a barbeque. A canoe and paddle boat are available for the use of our guests. Down by the lake, there's a sheltered deck, a dock and a fire-pit for evening fun. No need to bring your own linens or towels âÂ?Â? we've got plenty. Maximum eight guests. Deposits for bookings cancelled with less than 21 days notice will not be refunded, unless we can replace the booking. The balance is due on arrival, and includes a $200 security depost (check) which is refunded after the cottage has been inspected, and the telephone bill for the period has been received.
