Located right on the gentle sloping sandy beach; shallow water sixty feet from front door with sand beach in between for digging and sand castles. Campfire pit, glider swing, hammock, badminton net and space for soccer on more than an acre of level land with a treed area for exploring.

Weekly rates are for one family (i.e.two parents and their dependent children up to six people.) Additional persons may be permitted by Prior Agreement and payment of $25.00 per day per person. There is a 10 % reduction in the rate for each subsequent consecutive week rented.
A rental deposit of $360.00 is required to secure your reservation. This deposit is not refundable unless an early cancellation allows re-rental of the cancelled week for the same rate.

Right in front of the cottage is the sandy beach sloping gently to the water with sandy bottom and getting deeper gradually making it ideal for young children, non-swimmers and swimmers alike.
Immediate area: ATV trails (1Km), motor boat rentals, hiking, marina, bird watching, Ice cream store (5 min walking) with bait & limited groceries.
Killaloe: (10 Km) Granny's Pantry and Valu -Mart groceries and firewood; craft and flower shops, Hoke's Farm farmer's market, video rentals, 18 hole golf course & Driving range (15 Km to Homestead at Wolf Ridge), groceries; Killaloe Public Library with free HS internet and Wifi, Restaurants: Various Pizza and Chinese and European restaurants in the surrounding area.
