The South townhouse is located above the Rexall store on Ocean Boulevard directly across the street from the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy the beautiful sunrise and activity of being on the boulevard. Your 3 bedroom unit has 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, a full size sleeper sofa, full bath downstairs, 3/4 bath upstairs, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, fully stocked kitchen, AC throughout, TV w/basic cable, wifi, washer & dryer, vacuum, large deck with ocean views diagonally across from the public playground. Permit parking for 2 cars provided at the municipal lot in front of the police station at the bottom of F Street. Trash should be put out front at street level every night after 11:00 pm. This is a NON smoking unit. Grills are NOT allowed. Check in time for this unit is after 2:00 pm. Check out time is before 10:00 am. 40% of total rental price is required to secure listing. Total cost includes rent, security deposit and 9% rentals & meals tax.
We prefer to do weekly rentals but are willing to rent weekday/weekend nights last minute. We REDUCE WEEKLY RATES by 20% two Mondays prior to Saturday check-in. Please see rate tab for more details. We require a 2 night weekend and 3 night weekday minimum but are willing to lower the rates if you should stay more nights. We are also flexible on check-in/out times if no one has rented the weeks before/after yours.
I give every tenant the option to reserve their week for the following year by leaving their security deposit.

I stayed the first two weeks of October in the North side of the house. The weather was beautiful, I enjoyed both terraces, front and back of the house. The house is located right across from the Ocean and between two highly rated restaurants, with a drug store below. It is true that it can get noisy over the weekends, with loud music coming from both restaurants. For me, however, it did not present a problem, as it only enhanced the feeling of a "holiday getaway".
The house is spacious, with a washing machine and a dryer, dishwasher, two bathrooms- all in perfect condition. Kitchen is fully functional. The house is furnished just as you expect for a beach house, nothing fancy, everything is basic but in excellent condition and clean.
I did not read the fine print and did not bring my own bed sheets. I drove to Wallmart and bought some, no issue with it. Bring your own towels and bed sheets!
Overall, a very pleasant experience..

The only reason this didn't get 5 stars was the master bedroom had a bed that was by far the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. It squeaked with every movement and you could feel every spring, so we did not sleep at all. We had a beautiful unblocked view of the ocean, it was convenient to EVERYTHING, easy access to the condo, and LOVED the front porch!! Great parking location not too far.
Thank you for the info. We will be replacing the beds in the master bedrooms next year and look into mattress toppers for the other beds. Glad you enjoyed everything else.
Kids loved watching the fireworks from the deck and close to all activities!! We had a great week!

We have been coming to Hampton Beach for over 20 years and this is the best rental unit we've ever had. Everything is clean, well maintained and modern. The pictures accurately reflect the unit. The 2nd bathroom is great.
Not everyone will love the location, but we did. You should know that you're right in the middle of the action with a restaurant/bar on each side. It's a great unit for watching people, traffic, and the fireworks. Sitting on the balcony you will hear the live music from each bar most nights until 11 or 12. We loved it, but I can understand that not everyone would. You can hear the music in the bedrooms, but it would only be an issue for the super sensitive. Our granddaughters went to be every night without a problem as the AC and a fan easily covered the music.
You should also be aware that loading and unloading is not as easy as it used to be. There are barriers that prevent you from pulling up directly in front of the building. You have to use the loading zone on F or G street. Parking is near the police station at the end of F St.
My suggestion would be for a more comfortable queen mattress and to consider using the front bedroom for the queen size bed instead if the twins. It's the largest and best room, but we had to give it to the grandkids because of the twin beds.
It was our understanding that you should still be able to pull up in front of the Rexall building inside of the barriers. We will contact the town to clarify. Thank you for letting us know :)
