About the property

With the most spectacular mountain, creek, and protected wetland views, you get the feeling of being secluded in the Canadian wilderness, yet are within a 2 to 10 minute walking distance to the many modern day conveniences that the quaint, cultural, and friendly alpine town of Canmore has to offer!

This 1,000 sq. ft. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo sleeps 6 and features a large entry way; bright, open living and dining room; hardwood floors; river rock gas fireplace with log mantle; leather sofa set with queen sofa bed; antique furniture; original Rocky Mountain art done by the owner and her father; rustic Canadian heritage touches, Mackenzie tartans; and a deck that provides spectacular views of the protected wetland habitat, Policeman's creek, the famous Three Sisters and its surrounding peaks. In the living room is a basic cable TV, VCR & DVD player, and CD player with a selection of CDs and videos to choose from. There's also wireless internet available if you have trouble escaping the "real world". The large balcony contains a rustic teak bistro table set, as well as a large gas BBQ to cook up some world famous Alberta beef!

The kitchen contains a dishwasher, microwave, and full size refrigerator and is stocked with various condiments, cookbooks, and just about everything you need to whip up a fabulous gourmet meal.

OWNER'S CANCELLATION POLICY: To secure your dates, a 25% non-refundable security deposit is required within a week of confirmation with the balance due 30 to 45 days prior to check-in (depending on season). Once the 30 or 45 days is reached, the rental fee is due in full and is non-refundable unless Owner is able to re-book the condo for the dates you had reserved. If able to re-book, you will be refunded a prorated share of each day filled, less a $100 cancellation fee. If you cancel outside the 30 to 45 days, you may put the non-refundable deposit toward a future stay.* Prices are in CANADIAN dollars

* Prices based on maximum 4 person occupancy. Additional $50 per person for up to 6 occupants total.

  • Both bedrooms contain a queen size bed with fluffy duvets and 300+ thread-count eyelet lace linens. The master ensuite contains a shower stall, and the second bathroom contains a large bathtub/shower combination. The condo has a large storage room containing a washer and dryer, iron, picnic napsack, first-aid kit, and various cleaning supplies. There's also a heated underground garage with assigned parking. The hallway contains a built-in bookshelf brimming with various paperbacks, board games, coffee table books featuring Canadian art, children's Canadian wildlife books - all of which can be enjoyed while taking in the fresh mountain air on the balcony, or cozying up next to the toasty warm fireplace at night.

Wonderful stay

My husband and I, along with our 2 small children (2 and 8weeks) stayed at this beautiful condo. We has a fantastic stay. Leanne was very quick to respond and easy to communicate with.

All the instructions given were very easy to follow and made everything very easy.

We really loved the location. There was a rock climbing and indoor swimming pool a very short walk away from the condo (which our kids loved). There were also some really nice parks nearby. We bought all her groceries at Safeway just a few blocks away. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it for anyone!!
