This Spacious 3 Bedroom split level home has over 1500 Square Feet and is Located 5 blocks from the Heart of Newport. Situated just off of Thames and Bellevue, within walking Distance to Town, Where there Are Antique Shops, Restaurants, Boutiques, Artist galleries and More. Walk to Bailey's Beach where you can Surf, Kite Surf, Kayak, or just enjoy the sun. Exciting Nightlife and just a couple blocks from all the Mansions. The home has a large balcony / deck with furniture and huge grill. The yard is completely fenced in and the home is fully furnished with All Linens, Dishes, Cookware Etc. The Kitchen is fully equipped with a Fridge, a Stove, Dishwasher, Coffee maker, and blender. The Bedrooms Have Pillow Top Mattresses With Down Type Comforters and Plenty of Pillows. There is Parking for four cars, which in Newport is a luxury. Take a walk into town or just sit out on the deck and relax.

Why The Owner chose Newport

Because I have traveled and lived all over the world and Newport is one of the best spots. I love the location of the home, it is in town but just outside of the bee hive for some quite! Its close to the cliff walk and Bailey's Beach

What makes this house unique

I love leaving my car in the driveway going out with my wife and friends. We walk into town have drinks, dinner, dance and then walk home to a quiet neighborhood. Being close to the beach or cliff walk I can take my dog on an amazing walk. A fenced yard for my son and dog to play in.

Excellent Stay

We stayed for a week leading up to Newport Folk Fest and had an incredible time. The apartment was in a perfect location, we rode our bikes to the beach everyday and were within walking distance of all the shops, restaurants, etc on Thames. Michael was a phone call away whenever we needed anything or had questions. Will definitely be staying here again.

My wife and I had the privilege of arranging for a 1 week stay at this home around July 4th, 2015. The location was great! The fenced-in yard was perfect for our yellow lab and the off-street parking was a huge plus since we had to bring two SUV's (100+ lb. dog and all of the gear vacationing with 2 toddlers requires). We were able to make use of the great grill on the back deck during 2-3 evenings of our stay ... AND, the owner was even able to recommend a great babysitter for my two boys for a couple of nights so my wife and I could "escape." :) Thank you guys! It was great to meet you and stay at your home this summer.

Great Place

This house was a wise choice for our visit to Newport. With two couples and 2 young children, we had plenty of space to relax. We were near all the attractions; we walked to the beach, dinner in town, and mansion tours. We also drove to other beaches, went whale watching, ate local sea food, shopped a farmers market, and took a sunset sail boat ride. This place was an excellent home base to watch a movie with the kids, relax with a book, grill a home cooked meal. The house was clean, neighbors welcoming and owner accommodating.

Great Family House

This house was perfect for our family situation. We had two adult couples and a baby. It was nice to have separate living spaces, and bathrooms. The location was great. We could walk to restaurants, shops, a park and even the beach. We were a short drive from beaches, the mansions, and harbor. The owner had great communication and was very accommodating. We couldn't have asked for a better trip!

Fantastic place to stay for a week!

My wife and I stayed here for the week of Fourth of July 2012 and we loved it! We had the best of both worlds with this rental. The house is located near Thames Street, but is on a quiet block, so we could relax and enjoy both our private deck and the backyard, while staying close enough to Thames and Bellevue for a night out. The house has a private driveway so parking wasn't an issue (which is a big plus if you've ever been to Newport!) We could walk everywhere so we didn't even need to take our car out (except when we wanted to go for a nice drive along Ocean Ave!)

The house was nicely decorated, clean and well cared for. It's a really great space with lots of room, nice size bedrooms and big living spaces. We had friends and family over for the fourth and they all loved it too!

Mike and Victor were wonderful and very responsive to any questions or concerns we had prior to our check in date. They made us feel very welcomed and comfortable there. We were warmly welcomed with a nice letter and a list of upcoming events in Newport during the July 4th week. We felt right at home which was really nice!

If you are staying in Newport we highly recommend staying here it is the best deal and worth every penny. Two thumbs up!
