The location of the apartment is great. Close to everything, nice neighborhood, easy subway access, etc. The apartment was spacious, clean and well appointed. Daniel was great to work with. I would definitely recommend this apartment for a New York or Brooklyn stay. For sure, it will be my first choice when I return to NYC to visit my daughter.
The apartment was charming, well stocked and immaculate. Being able to breakfast in the lovely garden was a great gift. The air conditioning worked a treat - and we needed it. Daniel was instantly responsive and helpful when we had questions. The location was more convenient to NYC activities than many places I've stayed in Manhattan. The neighbourhood itself is the perfect mix of trendy and homey. I can't think of one good reason to ever stay anywhere else when I visit NYC.
This was perfect for our visit. It's close to the subway and the neighborhood was charming. We even were able to walk a couple blocks to see the 4th of July fireworks. The owner was very nice and checked in on us. The unit it's self was cozy and had everything we needed.
Our second time staying at this wonderful apartment. Photos don't really do it justice - this is a fantastic space, very open, on a wonderful block full of friendly people. Within walking distance of all the spots in Williamsburg, and a very quick train ride over to Manhattan. Back yard is truly an oasis, hard to believe you're in the middle of a city. Highly recommended. The host is wonderful also.
3 friends and I stayed here over New Year 15/16 and have absolutely no complaints about the apartment. Good communication to allow us to find the apartment easily and also get the keys! The apartment is large with 1 bed and a sofa bed/dining table, all open plan. The bathroom has a jacuzzi bath and shower which was awesome. There's an outdoor area at the back for the smokers too.
Location wise we could not fault this either, in the heart of Brooklyn close to some awesome bars and restaurants/cafes.
Thanks for letting us stay.
I think that this place was just ok. It was clean and the bed was comfortable but there was nothing personal about it. I like when a vrbo feels cared about and not just a business. I would have liked a TV, I would have liked there not to be a leak into a garbage pail under bathroom sink. Also the bathroom is tiny with a huge old jacuzzi taking up most of the room. Nice to have a backyard but it is an afterthought. Daniel is a nice guy, helpful and available.. I think it may be a better location for young people. Getting in and out of the jacuzzi was a trick.
Williamsburg is NYC’s most vibrant cultural hub and the center of the Brooklyn Food and Art scene. Teeming with artists and young professionals, the neighborhood is overflowing with artisinal cafés, galleries, gourmet coffee roasters, chocolate makers, micro-brew tasting rooms, fashion designers, cutting edge music venues and a zillion delicious restaurants offering: japanese, artisanal pizza, malaysian-peruvian, thai, turkish, vietnamese, middle-eastern, polish, mexican, french, venezuelan, korean, argentinian, southern barbecue, american bistro, burgers and authentic italian enotecas, etc.
