DUAL MASTER SUITES -: With dual master suites you no longer need to decide who gets the best room, when traveling with another couple! Custom paneling, casing, and trim create a look only found in the finest of custom resort homes. With separate bath, whirlpool tub, shower, dual vanities, and walk-in closets, you will feel pampered in luxury. Enjoy ultimate bedding with spa like amenities - pillow top mattress, 500 thread-count sheets, and plush towels - not the typical 'rental package' supplied by island cleaning services.

Having grown up in North Carolina, we have vacationed at many beaches along the east coast with our families, both as children and as adults with our own children. Our dream has always been to one day buy a beach house to share with family and friends. We fell in love with Isle of Palms and this home immediately and knew this was the place for us! We look forward to sharing our home with your family and friends and hope you have as much fun here as we do.

Amazing stay on IOP

I stayed at this home the weekend of St. Patrick's Day with 11 ladies to celebrate my sister's "bachelorette party". The house fit all of us comfortably, was in pristine condition and was stocked with everything and anything would could have needed. We were a quick 3 min walk to the beach, about 30 min from down town Charleston and 5 min from grocery stores, shopping etc. I would definitely stay here again. We loved every minute of our stay! I would recommend renting a car in the summer as with beach traffic ubers would probably get expensive! House was also decorated beautifully, nautical and beach themed, just perfect!

Perfect Stay!!

We had 10 adults stay here for a long weekend for my cousins wedding and everything was perfect! The 2 king master suites are truly luxurious and the other 4 rooms were spacious, well decorated, and comfortable as well. The common area upstairs and the well furnished balconies are what we just could not get over - they were so perfect it was hard to leave! On Friday night, we cooked dinner as one big family and there was plenty of room for everything and everyone who wanted to be in the space. We were able to sit together for meals or just coffee and have more than enough seating options for a comfortable visit. There isn't enough time for me to explain how beautiful and truly accommodating this home was for our large group! There is also a Harris Teeter just down the road, as well as, a liquor store, the leasing office to pick up/drop off keys, dining options, etc. and just over the bridge there is a Target, shopping, more dining, etc. We could not have had a better set up and urge anyone looking at this property to grab it while it's available!

Great property!

We recently spent a vacation week for eight people at this Isle of Palms property and I can say without reservation that the property was great. Six bedrooms, two dens (one on the second and one on the third floor), four patios plus a pool and cabana, a main kitchen and additional bar area, and the four car garage with elevator provided plenty of room for us to relax and enjoy. In addition, the kitchen was outfitted with every utensil that we needed. The location, two blocks from the beach and a short walk to the marina, was also ideal. I hope that we can return soon.

Isle of Palms is truly a beach paradise. Over 7 miles of deep beach for walking, biking and sunbathing. There are no high rise condos or hotels or other commercial properties on the beach. Many great restaurants, both casual and fancy dining. Wild Dunes Resort offers great dining and entertainment options also. Sullivan's Island a stones throw away offers many dining options too.

The town of Mt Pleasant is only 7 miles away with complete shopping, dining and entertainment. Tour the York Town aircraft carrier at Patriots Point museum. Boone Hall, Magnolia Plantation, etc. And then there's Charleston which is only 18 minutes away with unlimited shopping, dining and entertainment.
