CUSTOM FEATURES -: Custom molding and trim details are in every room, from the bead board beamed ceiling and paneling in the kitchen and great room, paneled dual master suites, full paneling on the first floor common area, and a custom built-in bar. White Carrara marble and granite countertops throughout the house.

DUAL MASTER SUITES -: With dual master suites you no longer need to decide who gets the best room, when traveling with another couple! Custom paneling, casing, and trim create a look only found in the finest of custom resort homes. With separate bath, whirlpool tub, shower, dual vanities, and walk-in closets, you will feel pampered in luxury. Enjoy ultimate bedding with spa like amenities - pillow top mattress, 500 thread-count sheets, and plush towels - not the typical 'rental package' supplied by island cleaning services.

Having grown up in North Carolina, we have vacationed at many beaches along the east coast with our families, both as children and as adults with our own children. Our dream has always been to one day buy a beach house to share with family and friends. We fell in love with Isle of Palms and this home immediately and knew this was the place for us! We look forward to sharing our home with your family and friends and hope you have as much fun here as we do.

Exceptional vacation home

We spent spring break in this beautiful home. We were a group of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids). The house exceeded expectations in every way. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. As other reviews mentioned, the bed, bath and beach linens were luxurious. And, there was an abundance of beach equipment (chairs, carts, boogie boards and skim boards) in the garage available for our use. Wendy was terrific to work with, proactively sending info on local events to enhance our vacation plans. She was also extremely responsive from inquiry throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this home if you are considering a trip to IOP.

Wonderful Family Get together to Celebrate Our 50th.

The house was all that we wanted it to be. There were 6 adults and 5 children (6 to 15). I had thought the children might claim the downstairs, but we were always together in the lovely, really large upstairs kitchen/gathering area. It was just perfect to spend the week together. We are not able to be together often and I wanted everything to be perfect and it was. Wendy has thought of everything to make her beautiful home warm, inviting and easy to just move right in. All that could ever be needed was there.

The beach is beautiful and so close. We are beach people and it was great to have everything we needed/wanted provided.

We agreed that the large upper front porch was our favorite. We were all there every evening after dinner, just reminiscing and/or planning the next day's activities. We created many happy memories.

AWESOME HOUSE AND OWNERS

This was our 4th IOP house for a Girls Week at the Beach, and everyone agrees it was

definitely the best. The other houses were all lovely, but this one stands out for not only its beautiful accommodations but also for all of its thoughtful extras. When Wendy says you don't need to bring much other than your clothes, she is correct. We have never had a home that was so thoughtfully equipped down to the plastic wrap, zip loc bags, scotch tape, paper clips, you name it. The real shocker was the truffle oil and nice variety of pantry spices. The salt water pool and its surrounding area are beautiful, and all of the equipment you need for the beach is there in abundance. You won't go wrong with this house, and we will definitely be back. Isle of Palm is a great place to vacation for all ages

This property was in a perfect location. Even though it wasn't on the beach it was a very short walk to the beach. The street was quiet and safe for kids to play and ride bikes. It was nice that it was off the Main Street and you didn't hear the noisy traffic. The house was perfect. Was spacious enough for 12-15 people. The kitchen was well stocked and the whole house was all updated. The outdoor pool area was perfect for cookouts and very large. I would highly recommend this house for the perfect stay.

Owner's Response: IOP and Palm Blvd can get very crowded during the summer, so yes, our street is the perfect distance from the traffic but yet close enough to the beach! So glad your week went well and everyone enjoyed their stay Ruth.

Isle of Palms is truly a beach paradise. Over 7 miles of deep beach for walking, biking and sunbathing. There are no high rise condos or hotels or other commercial properties on the beach. Many great restaurants, both casual and fancy dining. Wild Dunes Resort offers great dining and entertainment options also. Sullivan's Island a stones throw away offers many dining options too.

The town of Mt Pleasant is only 7 miles away with complete shopping, dining and entertainment. Tour the York Town aircraft carrier at Patriots Point museum. Boone Hall, Magnolia Plantation, etc. And then there's Charleston which is only 18 minutes away with unlimited shopping, dining and entertainment.
