STUDIO + Convertible bed(s), 1 Bath, (Sleeps 2-3)
Spend your mountain vacation in this luxurious studio condominium in the most desirable complex in Beaver Creek. McCoy Peak Lodge is located adjacent to Chair 1 on Beaver Creek Mountain and provides all of the amenities needed for an incredible ski vacation or weekend away in the mountains. McCoy Peak offers unbeatable ski-in/ski-out access and includes a private locker room, hot tubs, a heated parking garage, and an award-winning great room.
This condominium is on the ground floor and is one of the closest units in the building to the slopes. It features a resort kitchen with granite countertops, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and microwave/convection oven. The condo has maple hardwood floors, a stone fireplace, a marble bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, a luxury king size bed (and rollaway twin), and a washer and dryer.
Along with its luxury finishes, one of our favorite features of this condominium is its convenience. The locker room is feet away from the slopes, so you won't ever have to walk in those bulky ski boots during your stay. If you get cold or need a quick break from the slopes, come in for a cup of cocoa. At days’ end, hop in one of the hot tubs, then relax by the beautiful wood burning fireplace in the great room while watching skiers take their final runs of the day. All the fine dining and shopping of Beaver Creek Village is a short walk (less than 5 minutes). If your legs are really tired, Dial-a-Ride (the free shuttle service) is just a phone call away.
We love our mountain condo and know that you will enjoy your stay. Hope to see you on the slopes!
Please note: the condo is able to sleep 2 comfortably in the king size bed. We do have the additional rollaway twin for a small child. A family of 4 would not fit in this unit.
10.71% tax rate. $125 cleaning fee additional as well as $79 property damage protection fee (in lieu of a deposit).

Outstanding Accomodations in every way
The perfect spot to be if you are visiting Beaver Creak!!! I have been to Beaver Creek consistently every year for the last 20 years or so, and have stayed at a number of places (Pines, Borders, St. James, Hyatt, Osprey). This property had the best ski-in ski-out access of all of them. Just that alone will make me a return visitor, but the unit is perfectly located on the first floor, and super close to the parking garage and to the ski lockers. The unit is fully equipped with everything you need for a stress free getaway. The condo was clean, had a more then adequate kitchen space (with all necessary appliances), and a large bathroom with a jetted bathtub to help soothe sore muscles. Thanks so much for allowing my small family to have an unforgettable ski trip, we will be back!
Nice Studio Condo
The studio and furnishing were as shown in the description and pictures. The bed was very confortable. The studio apartment is a studio, it's not a large roomy living area. Since it's a ground floor unit, the blinds were closed most of the time. We spend a good bit of time in the lobby. The windows looked out over the ski runs. It was a nice location for your morning coffee or afternoon glass of wine.
Recent Visit March 2018
The unit is a true ski in/out location. The unit is small and best suited for two people. The overall feeling is comparable to a studio apartment with a small kitchenette, microwave, small refrigerator, and two burners.
What does not work:
- The fireplace is an issue (as per previous reviews) basically it does not work.
- The only window in the unit faces the main road and if you raise the blind (only option) you are visible to everyone who walks or drives by.
- The convection/large microwave oven does not work.
- Shipping our ski gear - Upon our arrival no one new (including the manager) where our gear was. After talking to one of the ladies at the front desk (Michelle) and the manager, we eventually found our gear at a different location (Highlands).
- The lodge location, true in/out skiing, the ski locker, the car garage, the bathroom in the unit (great and large), the bottle of wine and bottles of water available to us. Basic utensils and condiments, the bed (comfortable), the internet (no issues), the TV, quiet place to stay, the hot tub, but best of all the communications with Lizz - Excellent communications and support!!
Now that I am aware of and despite shortcomings/issues listed above, I will consider using the unit again.
This condo was perfect for my son and I! Just head out the ski locker exit and you are just a short downhill ski to the lifts! Would definitely stay here again!
This was a Dad and his 2 boys 3-day ski getaway. The ski-in and ski-out experience
was the highlight of the trip. My boys 15 and 14 are old enough to enjoy venturing out on their own especially knowing that they could get back to the unit at any time!
Within walking distance of shops and attractions
Loved the location of our room. Outside our lodge door is a spa and hot tub with chairs to just sit and enjoy the mountain views. Walking a short trail, just a block or so down, are the lift and gondola. There's also fun spots for kids and adults. Many restaurants and shops are within this same area. Next time I will get two beds. The room was lovely and so very clean.
Hi Evie, Thanks for your review of the condo. If you decide to return to Beaver Creek, we do have another unit with 2 bedrooms. Thanks again. Best, Liz
