I have owned this property since 2000. I grew up in Maryland and vacationed there every year. Ocean City is in my blood. We take pride in ownership and make improvements to our property every year. Three families have vacationed with us since ownership enjoying a two week stay every year and others return every year. My tenants are like family.

With many family members and friends in Maryland, it made sense to purchase property at the beach. Great for family reunions. Such wonderful memories. First bought the 3 BR units and then built the 4 BR house in the back in 2004.. .

What makes this condo unique

I also have a 4BR single family home built in 2004 All on the same lot as our 3 BR units. With having the 3 properties our rentals can be extended to larger family groups but you have to reserve early. Total of 7-10 bedrooms. Owner operated and managed with maintenance staff and great cleaners. We offer payment plans if you book early in the year. We are available 24 hours a day.

Great Place Near the Beach!

Very nice upper half of home. Easily slept our family of 5 with room to spare. Owner lives in bottom unit so if there are any issues , she is right there to assist and resolve. Ellie is super nice. 20 steps to the beach. Would recommend to family and friends. Being able to pay off monthly was a HUGE bonus!

Great vacation!

The upstairs unit at the Pelican Beach was a great vacation spot for my family. It is close to the beach and the balcony affords a view of the ocean plus cooling ocean breezes. The apartment is well stocked with pots and pans, silverware, and plenty of dishes. There is plenty of living space for a group of 8-10 people. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great Property and Great Owner

This property was perfect for our family. Our family consists of 2 parents, 2 college kids and 2 high school kids. There was plenty of room for us. The lanai has a nice view of the beach. We loved going out there to have our coffee or catch up on our latest book. The property is very close to the beach. We were able to walk to some shops on the main road. Ellie was there while we visited. She is very nice to work with and she made sure we had everything we needed. We liked that the area was away from the boardwalk but were able to drive there in 5 minutes. The beach in this area is very relaxing and not crowded. We walked down to the beach to watch the sunrise. We walked two blocks west on 84th street to watch the sunset over the bay. This was our first time in Ocean City and we hope to return again!

Couldn't have asked for more

We were a group of 15 (mom, 4 adult siblings and their families). We rented both units. They were everything described here. 1st floor unit was great for those with mobility issues, while the 2nd floor offered a lovely, partial view of the ocean for our morning coffee. The property was appointed with all the amenities one would expect at the beach plus a few extras. Just a stone's throw away from the dune access, one property stands between this one and the ocean. Close to restaurants, groceries and souvenirs but far enough away from the hustle of the boardwalk to enjoy the peacefulness of the ocean.

Not only would we recommend this property to others, we would happily stay here again! The owner responds promptly via email and/or telephone and is eager to make you comfortable in her property.

Super property and super property owner

I rented this property for my three kids with girlfriends and wifes. We had a total of nine for the week. The property is spacious and a good size eat in kitchen (I may add all appliances functioned perfectly). The property is literally a stone throw from the beach. Actually I reserved the property for at least a week for next summer. The owner "Ellie" is a very proactive landlord, she is in touch thru the week to assure all is well. I don't think a family could find a better property to rent at OC.
