Beautiful direct lakefront 3 bedroom winterized cottage located on an incredible Lake Huron sandy beach, just 1 km. north of Kincardine. AVAILABLE YEAR-ROUND for one or more weeks. Also available for weekends in the fall, winter and spring months. Fully furnished with all appliances included as well - fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer & dryer. Newly constructed 9 years ago - 9 foot ceilings, wood floors and big windows facing the lake!

Enjoy the magnificient Lake Huron sunsets that Kincardine is known for worldwide. This is a great getaway destination for individuals, couples and families to relax and have fun!

Other Important Information

- all dishes, pots & pans, cutlery are supplied

- 2 queen size beds and 1 double bed will sleep 5 or 6 comfortably

- bring your own bed linens, pillows and towels

- the MAXIMUM NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS IS 6 for any rental period

- energy efficient construction with Hi-Efficiency furnace for year-round comfort1. Available per week or for mulitiple weeks.

SUMMER - (June 3 - September 9, 2017): WEEKLY RATE (Saturday to Saturday) is $1400 per week. 50% deposit at time of booking, then final 50% balance is due one week prior to the start of the rental period.

FALL/WINTER/SPRING - (Sept. 10, 2016 - June 3, 2017): WEEKLY RATE (Saturday to Saturday) is $850 per week. Payment is due at time of booking. WEEKEND RATE: (Friday and Saturday night) is $450 per weekend.This is a direct lakefront cottage - there are no streets, public pathways or other buildings between the cottage and the beach. Kincardine is a quiet retreat in winter, spring and fall, and a lively summer destination. You'll enjoy great restaurants, local pubs and unique downtown shops! There's a great parade with bag-pipers leading the way down mainstreet every Saturday night during the summer months. There's even a farmer's market! The town in known for its excellent harbour and beautiful historic lighthouse. The harbour is a great gathering place for locals and vacationers alike- whether launching your own motorboat, sailboat or other watercraft at its public dock, or perhaps chartering a boat to do some fishing for salmon or rainbow trout with a knowledgable local guide. Visitors to Kincardine return year after year to the town that has been voted one of the most beautiful in Ontario!
