This private secluded location has ample parking and easy access to services & shopping. A boat slip is available for an additional fee.
Kitchen has complete set of appliances with pots, pans, dishes, and tools. Full size oven and gas range make meal preparation easy for large groups. Dining room has seating for 14 people.
There are three bedrooms upstairs: Two with queen size beds, one with two twin beds, one 'in-between room' with cot. There is a shared full bathroom with tub/shower. Main floor master bedroom features a queen size adjustable bed with a built in air conditioning/heating system and access to deck. Living room has a propane heater. Upstairs bedrooms have portable electric baseboard heat.
The living room has been completely refinished with insulation, new windows, lighting, and a sliding glass door that opens onto a wrap around deck offering spectacular ocean views. Rinse off the beach sand using the outdoor shower then relax in the outdoor seating and grill some fresh fish on the barbecue.
Historic Newport is a 15 minute drive over the bridge. Ft. Wetherill State Park is a 5 minute walk up the road. Jamestown village with shopping and restaurants is 7 minutes away.
