Our trophy Manitoba black bear hunting is second to none. Every year, massive black bears of various color phases are taken. Due to the quality of the bears and low hunting pressure, it is not uncommon to see 10 plus bears each time on the stand. Many of our guests have the opportunity to take some real monster bears every season. We are an outfitter who truly strives to make each hunter have the hunt of a lifetime. So whether you are a seasoned bear hunter or someone who always wanted to give it a try, we will work hard to ensure an unforgettable black bear hunt. One of the great things about our black bear hunts is that world class fishing is included at no charge!
If shotgunning is more your style, you will not want to miss the opportunity to experience Manitoba Waterfowling at its best. Our field hunts are simply impressive. If you enjoy working Mallards, Pintails, Canada Geese, Snow Geese in close then you will not be disappointed. For those who like the diversity of diver hunting on the water, we have that too. Our area is a staging area for large rafts of redheads, bluebills and other divers. If the Manitoba Waterfowling alone is not enough variety, we have some terrific ruffed grouse hunting here as well. Our waterfowl guests also have the opportunity to go fishing at no additional charge.
If deer are your passion, then you owe it to yourself to match your skills against a monster Manitoba Whitetail. We hunt some remote areas where the deer are undisturbed and allowed to mature to their full potential.Riverfront Cottages (3 available) $69.95 per night

We rented the Central Flyaway cabin (4 bedroom) this past weekend and it was a living nightmare!! Didn't even want to give it one star but had no choice. Me & my family needed accommodations for the long weekend as we were attending a social. There are no hotels in the the area so decided on the Harvest Lodge which looked pretty descent on the website...wrong! Very misleading!! We arrived to find mouse droppings in 4 out of 5 beds and one even had a complete mouse nest!!! The place was filthy...kitchen had stuck on grime around all cupboard handles and inside cupboards were disgusting, lots of dead critters!! Lots of mold. Bathroom filthy & mold. Floors are all sunken and soft in spots! Paint peeling and ceilings falling in, windows & doors were all covered in dirt & grime. Not sure what the other cabins look like but this one needs to be condemned. Don't even want to know all the different strains of bacteria we were exposed to!! There is a seasonal restaurant on the property, wasn't open when we were there but can't imagine myself eating there. We had booked this almost a year in advance so there is no excuse, they knew 6 people were arriving. The whole lodge and area is quite run down and not maintained. Would never be a repeat costumer and would not recommend. I rent homes and condos from homeaway & VRBO frequently and don't even know how this property made it on to this site!!! Very traumatizing experience!!
