Ocean Harbor 3 is part of a group of just 7 condos right on the shores of beautiful Vilano Beach. Here you’re just a 5-minute drive from downtown St. Augustine and all the sights of the Old City, but it feels wonderfully remote. You share a small swimming pool and private beach entrance with just a couple other families, so it’s like having your own home-away-from-home in America’s oldest city!

Walk into Ocean Harbor 3 and you find yourself in a light-filled living area with sink-right-in couches, an HDTV, and lovely built-ins. After a busy day sightseeing in town or splashing in the waves on the beach, it feels great to retire to this pleasant, restful space. Open the blinds to maximize the natural light, or close them tight, turn on the ceiling fan, and enjoy cool, refreshing indoor ambiance!

Sliding-glass doors lead from the living room onto our covered first-floor deck, with casual furniture and plenty of space for your whole group. The free WiFi works out here too, making it a great place to slip away first thing in the morning, coffee in one hand and smartphone in the other, to catch up on your social media or answer a few emails. Here you can enjoy the sound of the surf and watch seabirds wheel in each morning. So peaceful, so lovely!

The dining and kitchen areas are just beyond the living room, and you will find them thoroughly stocked and a pleasure to use. The long, polished hardwood table is ideal for games and jigsaw puzzles as well as group meals, and the breakfast bar beside it makes a great “kids’ table.” The spotless kitchen offers full-sized appliances and cupboards filled with dishes, glasses, and cookware. This is a working family kitchen, so you’ll never have to hunt for the can-opener or run to the store to pick up a corkscrew – it’s all here, waiting for you! Countertop appliances meet every need from hot coffee to microwave popcorn – all you add is groceries!

There are 3 bedrooms at Ocean Harbor 3, guaranteeing everyone a great night’s sleep. Each has its own bathroom, and a half-bath meets the needs of the living and dining areas. No crowding, no taking turns, and no bother – so much easier than a cramped hotel suite! We also provide all the linens and towels for every bed, as well as a washer and dryer right in the condo that you’re welcome to use throughout your stay.

The master contains a king-sized bed, HDTV, balcony access, and an en-suite bath with both a shower and tub option. Spacious and pleasant, the bedroom offers light from two directions. You’ll look forward to returning here each night after all your St. Augustine adventures!

The second bedroom also offers a queen bed, a small HDTV, and access to the balcony via the sliding-glass door. Its bathroom includes both a shower and tub option, with a safety rail for those with accessibility issues.

The third bedroom is perfect for children with 2 twin size beds and bright colors abound. Turn the kids loose in here to create blanket forts and pillow barricades!

Ocean Harbor 3 is within easy walking distance of a fishing pier, restaurants, and plenty of nightlife. You feel like a local here, yet the swimming pool and private beach access offer a nice bit of pampering, too! Flamingo Beach House.

Wonderful vacation with great location and property. The experience was let down by the hidden costs only discovered when booking. We spent many hours looking at properties to rent, finally setting our hearts on this one. When we called to book the cost went up by over $500. None of these extras where visible to us on the web page.

very nice location and terrific veiws, minor complaints

kitchen pretty sparse, had to buy several things we'd normally expect in a rental, no cutting board, poor quality cookware, little slow on request for repairs but ok, had to request junk to be removed from property, at least 7 broken/rusty beach chairs scattered around, broken umbrella and plastic table, not a good impression, also not what we'd normally expect, suggest you include that in your routine prep

Awesome Stay.

We so enjoyed the week we spent here in October 2011. The only complaint we had was that someone needed to cut the seagrass away from the steps going to the beach. Too easy to get your feet caught and fall. Otherwise; we had no complaints. The condo was extremely clean and a wonderful place to spend a week away. We took our 3 dogs and they also had a fabulous time.

Loved the beachhouse.

There were a couple of maintenance problems Air was broken but they were able to fix it for the Days we were there. Then we had to call concerning the garage door it would not stay down. Maintenance came and out it back on track Please add a blender

Our vacation was great and so was the condo

Our vacation was great and so was the condo. A few things you might want to pass on to the owners for minor repair.<br/>1. Both remotes for the TV/cable box are not working 100%. The switch at the top to toggle from TV, AV1, AV2 don't seem to work. We could not find any remotes for the DVD player.<br/>2. The garage door closest to the condo entrance needs to have the limits adjusted. We had to open/close the door several times before it would remain shut.<br/>3. One of the sprinkler heads which watered the AC broke. We noticed it after seeing the puddles of water in front of the condo and don't know how long it ran before we shut it off. This will probably add to the water bill. I did shut of the sprinkler system.<br/>

We arrived in the evening at around 10:00 PM. There was no exterior lighting available as the porch

Further, we could not get the north door to the garage to close and after several attmepts called the property management. They guided us through the fuse box investigation and this was all during the first 30 minutes of our arrival. also the old vertical blinds in the bedrooms did not work, multiple bulbs burnt out at the property and as promised in the contract, there was no bar soap, dishwashing detergent for 1 load or enough laundry detergent to complete the 2 required loads per the contract. We were disappointed that the porch light was never replaced with a working bulb during our stay.
