This 2008 condo is ideally located a few minutes south of the downtown core, and it has great access to all of Kelowna's amenities (beaches, golfing, wineries, skiing, shopping, restaurants...).

- Unit overlooks pool courtyard, and is situated away from adjacent roads

- Sunny deck with a view to the southwest.

- Unit has 2 full bedrooms with separate bathrooms, and a den with a queen bed. Queen sofa pullout in main living area if required. We love this layout for our family of five. Perfect for two couples with or without kids. We recommend a maximum of 6 people to really enjoy this space including kids.

- Two parking spots in secure indoor parkade

- Outdoor pool and hot tub open spring through fall

- Fitness center and steam room open year round

- Restaurant and coffee shop in complex

- One block from Rotary Beach, Two blocks from Mission Creek Greenway, and across the street from the El Dorado and Manteo resorts. Short drive to the Pandosy restaurant/shopping area and Gyro beach (can walk to Gyro in 15 minutes).

About Blair Temple

We are a family of 5 that resides in Calgary, Alberta. At our stage of life, we can only use the condo ourselves for a few weeks each year, and we rent the unit out while we aren't there to help cover costs.

Blair Temple purchased this apartment in 2008

Why Blair Temple chose Kelowna

We love the Kelowna area, the climate and activities in the area are just perfect for us and our children. My wife and I plan to spend much of our retirement at this location.

What makes this apartment unique

We researched the Kelowna area extensively before deciding that this was the property for us. The area is beautiful with everything we want nearby, and the Playa del Sol complex is top notch.

Our typical day in Kelowna starts with a coffee on the deck and then a jog down the Mission Creek Greenway. It is beautiful along the creek in the mornings. If the weather isn't good, there is a nice fitness center on site with a steam room to get you some exercise. After that, a quick dip in the pool is great to cool off. Afternoons are usually spent going to the beach, touring, boating, shopping, golfing or hiking depending on the weather and our energy level! Hanging out by the pool for the afternoon is also a favorite activity, Playa del Sol has a nice outdoor pool/hot tub open spring thru fall and large outdoor courtyards on the 3rd level.

You can have a barbeque on the deck or go out to eat at any one of dozens of great restaurants in the Kelowna area. The new Basil and Mint restaurant at Playa del Sol, and restaurants across the street at the El Dorado or Manteo resorts are all highly rated if you don't feel like driving anywhere. If you do want to go out, you can find pretty well any type of dining establishment in Kelowna.

Evenings can be filled with a variety of activities including movies, amusement parks, mini golf, night golf or going out to one of dozens of lounges and clubs in the city. Generally though, we spend most evenings at the condo relaxing on the deck as the days are so full. Go for a sunset walk over to Rotary Beach and the boardwalk in front of the Eldorado and Manteo, or drive downtown and go for a walk along the waterfront there. There are a couple of lovely little ice cream shops downtown for those with a sweet tooth...

Kelowna offers so many options. We love it and and we hope you will too!

Thanks again, we had a great time. Loved Kelowna. The condo was perfect! The beach towels were great for the pool and the washer and dryer came in very handy. All your travel information in the coffee table came in handy too.

Unit #631 is a 2 bedroom with den layout that is great for a variety of groups. The main bedroom has its own bathroom (c/w shower and bathtub), walkin closet and patio door to access the balcony. The main living area separates that bedroom from the second rooms. The second bedroom also has a walkin closet and direct access to the main bathroom (c/w shower). A separate den has a queen bed for additional guests. Insuite laundry and fully equipped kitchen are included with this unit.

The condo was perfect for a ladies weekend getaway! Walking distance to many wonderful restaurants and to the lake front/beach. Well maintained with everything you could need for a weekend away including blow-dryers in each bathroom. Quick cab ride to downtown. Very enjoyable and will definitely stay here again!!

Lovely well kept condo

My family stayed at this condo for 3 nights while in Kelowna. 5 adults and a toddler. It is well set out and worked great for our family. Very nicely kept and Blair was very easy to deal with. Check-in went very smoothly. I would certainly recommend this condo.

Property was very clean and well located. I live in Kelowna and needed more space for visiting children. The time in the condo felt like home. The gym was an asset especially with the current weather conditions.

A very comfortable stay that made me feel like a tourist in my own City. Will use it again as the family is growing.

Beautiful well kept condo, very comfortable. Home away from home!

We were staying in Kelowna for the Travelers Curling Club Championship. We flew in from Winnipeg and rented a car from the airport. The condo was very easy to find and we were greeted by a wonderful woman from maids gone green who showed us around, our parking stalls and brought us up to the condo. The condo was very clean and very comfortable! Blair Temple was wonderful to deal with, no hassles and very informative. Lots of room and a beautiful location with lots to see. Would love to experience Kelowna in the summer. We would highly recommend this place to everyone!!

Clean, comfortable & well appointed

We attended a wedding @ the Eldorado Hotel (across the street) and enjoyed a mini family reunion with our son & his fiancée and daughter & son in law. This condo complex was centrally located, very clean and convenient to all amenities. We were all very comfortable using this condo as home base and enjoyed the well appointed features. The owner was very responsive to any requests we had and we would definitely recommend this place to friends. We were able to tour and enjoy 2 wineries and also the lovely fall colours while driving around.
