This 2008 condo is ideally located a few minutes south of the downtown core, and it has great access to all of Kelowna's amenities (beaches, golfing, wineries, skiing, shopping, restaurants...).

We are a family of 5 that resides in Calgary, Alberta. At our stage of life, we can only use the condo ourselves for a few weeks each year, and we rent the unit out while we aren't there to help cover costs.

We love the Kelowna area, the climate and activities in the area are just perfect for us and our children. My wife and I plan to spend much of our retirement at this location.
We researched the Kelowna area extensively before deciding that this was the property for us. The area is beautiful with everything we want nearby, and the Playa del Sol complex is top notch.
Our typical day in Kelowna starts with a coffee on the deck and then a jog down the Mission Creek Greenway. It is beautiful along the creek in the mornings. If the weather isn't good, there is a nice fitness center on site with a steam room to get you some exercise. After that, a quick dip in the pool is great to cool off. Afternoons are usually spent going to the beach, touring, boating, shopping, golfing or hiking depending on the weather and our energy level! Hanging out by the pool for the afternoon is also a favorite activity, Playa del Sol has a nice outdoor pool/hot tub open spring thru fall and large outdoor courtyards on the 3rd level.
You can have a barbeque on the deck or go out to eat at any one of dozens of great restaurants in the Kelowna area. The new Basil and Mint restaurant at Playa del Sol, and restaurants across the street at the El Dorado or Manteo resorts are all highly rated if you don't feel like driving anywhere. If you do want to go out, you can find pretty well any type of dining establishment in Kelowna.
Evenings can be filled with a variety of activities including movies, amusement parks, mini golf, night golf or going out to one of dozens of lounges and clubs in the city. Generally though, we spend most evenings at the condo relaxing on the deck as the days are so full. Go for a sunset walk over to Rotary Beach and the boardwalk in front of the Eldorado and Manteo, or drive downtown and go for a walk along the waterfront there. There are a couple of lovely little ice cream shops downtown for those with a sweet tooth...
Kelowna offers so many options. We love it and and we hope you will too!

We attended a wedding @ the Eldorado Hotel (across the street) and enjoyed a mini family reunion with our son & his fiancée and daughter & son in law. This condo complex was centrally located, very clean and convenient to all amenities. We were all very comfortable using this condo as home base and enjoyed the well appointed features. The owner was very responsive to any requests we had and we would definitely recommend this place to friends. We were able to tour and enjoy 2 wineries and also the lovely fall colours while driving around.
The condo had everything we needed and served as a great home base for hour family vacation to Kelowna. Highly recommended!
Our family (2 adults, 2 kids) recently spent a week in the condo and had a great holiday! It was a great location overlooking the pool and patio area. The kids were able to have their own bedrooms and share a bathroom separate from us which was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again!!!
This was a great condo unit and had everything we needed, it was like walking into your own home. It was very clean and well maintained. The owner was great in always getting back to us with any questions we had. And everything was done very professionally. The complex was also great with the pool and hot tub, which we all enjoyed. And it was right across the street from the beach. We would definitely stay here again and with Blair.

We spent a long weekend at this property in June. Everything was as advertised, well equipped, extremely clean three bedroom condo. Well, furnished and updated. We would definitely stay here again. Blair was extremely quick to respond and very easy to deal with. Everything that I didn't like about Playa del Sol had NOTHING to do with Blair or his condo. Don't bother eating at the restaurant on site (not the coffee shop, the restaurant). Waste of money. Smack Dab across the street, on the other hand, was spectacular! Don't leave the condo without your key fob, very difficult to get back in. My four year old niece also got crap for eating grapes by the pool, they are EXTREMELY strict out there, way over the top. Other than that, we had a great time and would definitely recommend Blair's condo. I did this review because we use VRBO a lot and rely heavily on other people's reviews!
Our family stayed at this unit in May of 2016. The owner was excellent to deal with and very responsive. The booking process was easy and the owner provided written material to be signed that included all the particulars for the rental as well as the policies.
The check in procedure at the resort was easy and very quick. We pulled up in front, made a call to the agent and were in the room within 15 minutes.
The room is spacious and well appointed. All the necessary cooking utensils and pots and pans were provided and there was also small items such as dish soap, laundry detergent, soaps and shampoos which was great. The kitchen is spacious and has ample counter space. The 2 bathrooms in the until are large and have a full sized shower/tub combo. There were plenty of towels and face clothes provided in the unit. The den has a third bed and is set up well as a 3rd bedroom for the unit. The deck is a great place to take in the view of the lake and pool and enjoy some sunshine. A big plus for us was that there is a BBQ on the deck of the unit!
There are TV's in each room and the internet was easy to log on to and was quick.
The resort itself is fantastic. The location is perfect, right across the street from the Eldorado Hotel which is right on the water. There is a coffee shop in the resort as well as a restaurant. There is a Starbucks within walking distance and everything else is a short drive. Right across the street is a great beach with a playground for kids. There is a large gym on the property located on the 3rd floor.
I would not hesitate to book this unit again!
