April 2017 Stay
We came to Destin for vacation and really enjoyed ourselves. The house was perfect size and perfect location. Beachfront and walking distance to different restaurants and shops. So glad we chose to stay here, we can't wait for next year!
March 2017 Stay
We completely enjoyed our week at Seamist #6! The location was perfect. Very quiet stretch of beach but close drive to good restaurants and amenities. The customer service was second to none! Excellent communication from booking to check out. We had 1or 2 very minor issues that were no fault of the realtor, but they fixed the issues immediately. The house is so comfortable and tastefully decorated. The gulf view from all 4 decks was perfect. It was clean and had plenty of kitchen necessities for eating in. The best feature of all was the beach service. Very comfortable chairs and a sturdy umbrella set up for us daily. With my fair skin the umbrella was so appreciated. We will be back and bringing friends!
Perfect place for a family getaway!
My family of four spent Christmas break at Seamist 6. The property was exactly as described and we could not have been happier. There were balconies off of each level of living space plus a patio at the bottom with a shower to wash off the beach sand plus a grill (which we used every night!). There is a one car garage with a room off of it on the bottom floor (that's where our 15 year old spent much of her time), the middle level had the kitchen, living room, and bathroom, then the third floor had two more bedrooms - all three bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The location is excellent, very close to three malls and only a short drive from Seaside (another fun place to visit!). There are several grocery stores nearby so we kept the refridgerator stocked and only went out to eat once. The property itself is well maintained. I am already hoping to stay here again next year but I am hoping that more extended family members will be able to join us and rent the adjoining condos as well.
