Truly a special house....It has 3 serious master suites. You could say it is perfect for "separate togetherness".
The main floor has the kitchen that overlooks a huge deck right on the 16th tee box of devils knob golf course, a big dinning room, a office, 2 large living rooms, and a 1/2 bath. All those living areas are separated by huge glass windows so everyone can see everyone, but people can be watching tv in one living area while others can be talking or relaxing in the other spots, yet because of the glass.. Everyone feels together. Also on the main floor are 2 beautiful bedrooms each with their own full bathroom, and a cute little reading nook.
The top floors jet off the main floor on 2 separate staircases, 2 separate master suites. One has a king size bed, sitting area, beautiful desk, very large bathroom with jacuzzi tub, shower, toilet and double sinks. The other master suite is more like an apartment! Large bathroom, queen bed, separate living area.
The lower level as another apartment like space. Queen bed, large living room, bar area and another nice bathroom.
This house would be perfect for a family reunion, a wedding party, or even a beautiful spot on the deck for a wedding!
We also have 3 nice roll-a-ways in case there is a group of 8 golfers or skiers.(who aren't bunking up). These can be set up in the 3 living rooms and everybody has a room of their own.
There is plenty of parking, it includes 8 all access passes for golf or access to the wintergarden fitness & pools. There are 4 queens, 1 king & 3 roll-a-ways, all with amazing bedding. 51/2 bathrooms.. With each bedroom having a private bath.

My name is Dawn L., and I own YCLEAN at Wintergreen. I've been here since Oct 1981 and worked in The Coppermine restaurant through the 80's then started to take care of a few homes for people who I waited on, until I had so many I could quit my waitress job and focus on my business. The home owners of 967 Devils Knob Loop were one of the families that sat in my section in through 80's. We have a long happy history. I treat their home like I do my own home. Back then the kids were small and everybody skied and they came fairly often.. most holidays anyway. It has always just been family loving the house. Then lives got busy, and "the beach" took over, and they came less, so here we are.
I live here on the mountain. I can be very helpful about Wintergreen and the very AMAZING area around us.

We loved our stay in this home. 8 adults and five children and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Each family had their own bathroom and living space. It was great! We would go back again.
The house was very clean and well stocked with proper appliances and utensils. The deck is very large and has a good view of the golf course. If there is a negative it would be that the house is slightly outdated.
The place was so much like home from the time we walked in until the time we left. Get location on the mountain not to far from the slopes . Mrs. Dawn was so nice and kept us up to date on everything she thought we would have need . I will differently be coming back and booking this home .
This is a large, comfortable home great for families who love to be together and love to be apart for awhile! Lots of places to hide away with a book or watch your favorite show. Great location very near golf, tennis, spa, and the fabulous Devils Knob Loop Overlook. Dawn, the property manager, is absolutely terrific. No request too large or small. She went out of her way to make sure we had a perfect stay. Weather in the high 60's dropped to the 30's, with high winds and even a bit of snow. The house was so cozy that we didn't mind a bit.
This house was perfect for our group! We loved that each room has it's own bathroom! What a great perk! That is hard to find. Dawn is amazing! She was always available at a moments notice and went out of her way for us! We can't wait to come back next year!
Spacious, well-maintained house was perfect for our group. And huge deck with lots of tables and chairs for outdoor dining was a plus. Property Manager Dawn was always available and easy to communicate with questions.
