White Sands Village is directly across from the best boogie boarding beach on the island, also called "Magic Sands Beach".

Begin your mornings sipping Kona coffee on the large lanai while looking at the boats on the beautiful ocean overlooking gorgeous gardens

Our spacious 1208 foot unit (including 27'private lanai) is tropically furnished with upgraded Hawaiian decor, including a new sectional couch. The kitchen, bathrooms, and entry hall are all newly tiled. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans. The condominium is well-supplied with linens, cookware, beach equipment, and lots of extras. including wifi, two TV's, stereo with Hawaiian CS's, and VCR with videos to add to your comfort.

The inviting pool with chaise lounges, new jacuzzi, game room with pool table, library, and tennis courts are available for your use. Take an easy stroll over to the beach or park (with benches along a sea wall ) and enjoy the white sand beach,turquoise water, waves, a swim, snorkeling, the sun, or sunset. Shop the local farmer's market for great buys on local fruits or shop at the large supermarkets and use the kitchen or barbecue.

We have a notebook in the condominium to give you suggestions along with the comments from our many renters - such as yourself, who write about their experiences. Kona town itself is only ten minutes or so away.

A special Note: The unit is NOT Handicap accessible.

About Jessica

The owners are sisters both from the Oregon coast, who visited the Big Island first time in 2004 and fell in love with all the diverse scenery, activities and great weather that the Big Island has to offer. The property manager is a family member who grew up visiting beautiful Kailua Kona, vacationing in the condo and enjoying all that the beautiful island has to offer!

Why Jessica chose Kailua-Kona

The unit is away from the street offering a more peaceful environment but within walking distance to one of the best beaches in Kailua Kona - about (100 yards). Also comes with 2 car covered parking.

What makes this condo unique

We do not charge our guests Resort or Parking Fees. Many properties are now charging $25/day resort fees plus $20/day parking.

It is fully equipped including a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

We had a wonderful time in Hawaii. We felt right at home in your condo. We loved the fact that the beach across the street was so convenient. Also, it was nice to have so much room to spread out. With 4 people, we needed space so we didn't feel "closed in" like in a hotel room. We are even thinking about going back next summer.

Great location and value!

Unit looked nicer than the pictures, I was very happy upon checking in. Son and I each had our own bedroom and bathroom. Can't beat being this close to a great beach like Magic Sands! Make sure you snorkel at Kahalu'u just a quick 2 minute drive south. So many fish and sea turtles! Can't wait to come back!

Good location

Well located. The apartment itself could use some refreshing but it is well equipped with good internet connection. The carpet outside the unit and all around the property should be changed or cleaned and the area better bugs protected. The owner is very nice and efficient (when we got there we did not have the code and after one call I got it. The damage deposit was returned promptly.

Nous avons eu une expérience familiale extraordinaire dans ce condo. Il est très bien situé juste devant la plage.

L'équippement sportif (masques de plongée, planche de "bodyboard") sont de qualité supérieure.

La cuisine est complète avec un lave vaisselle, un mélangeur, un grand frigo et une glacière pour mettre les lunchs lors des sorties.

L'air climatisé fonctionne bien et le balcon est très agréable pour y prendre les repas.

L'internet fonctionne très bien et il est extrêmement rapide (74 Mb/sec).

La piscine et la table de billard de l'établissement sont en bon état.

Je la recommande sans hésitation.

We much enjoyed our stay. The property is in an excellent location and is well stocked with supplies. We had plenty of space and enjoyed the few minutes walk to the beach. We would highly recommend.
