About Deborah Pattin
We built this house in 1992-93 after our growing family outgrew our beach cottage (listing 907628).
Deborah Pattin purchased this Studio in 1992
Why Deborah Pattin chose Olympia
We bought this wooded acre lot with a creek running through and designed and built the house and detached garage. We included a spacious studio apartment above the garage where we lived while we finished the main house. Olympia is a lovely town and a great place to raise a family. Beautiful views of woods, mountains and Puget Sound. Many parks, hiking and biking trails, and marinas. Easy access to major highways to get to the ocean and the mountains.
What makes this Studio unique
The studio feels spacious due to the vaulted ceilings and three skylights. It is airy due to the tall windows and skylights. Comfortably furnished. Quite, wooded. The studio is over the detached garage so is private. Off street parking. Pets welcome with deposit.

Great Oly apartment in the woods
We went to a wedding on Olympia and stayed at Deborah's stdio. She was great to work with and very responsive to messages. The space was clean and cool even thought it was near 90 degrees. I would definitely stay there again.
Wooded lot in suburban neighborhood. Creek access. Near The Evergreen State College (less than 5 minutes). Short drive to State Capitol (13 minutes).
