Live the tropical life in this incredible modern condo! From the large wooden deck to the heated pool, and only a few minutes’ walk from the beach, you’ll love every minute of your time in Siesta Key!
You’ll start to relax as soon as you walk into the bright open concept living area of Siesta Dunes Beach 38A. The large rust-colored couch is plush and inviting, and the living room is filled with comfortable seating options. Your family will settle right in as you take advantage of the cable on the flat-screen TV and the fast, free Wifi.
Step through the sliding glass doors to a shady screened patio directly off the living room. It’s a lovely, cool spot to sit and enjoy the sea air without sweating in the sun. Just beyond the patio, you’ll find a phenomenal wooden deck capped with a lovely trellis. It’s an incredible place to enjoy a cold beverage and admire the lush garden foliage swaying in the breeze! The glass-topped table is surrounded by four chairs; it’s a great place for the adults to play a game of cards after the kids have gone to bed.
The dining room in Siesta Dunes Beach 38A is modern and comfortable, with a bright lamp hanging above a glass-topped table and six metal chairs. Thanks to the open flow of the room, as well as additional seating along the wall, there is lots of room for everybody here! Whether you’re sharing a meal or gathering for a movie night, everyone will enjoy their time together in this large, well-designed space.
The breakfast bar includes two bar stools, where kids will love to sit for their breakfast in the morning. The pass-through window faces into a nicely-equipped kitchen, furnished with white cabinetry, gray countertops, and a full complement of large and small appliances. You’ll have more than enough space to store, prepare, and serve food here, and the dishwasher makes cleanup a breeze.
Siesta Dunes Beach 38A can easily accommodate six people, thanks in part to the large master bedroom. This spacious retreat fits two queen beds with room to spare. The huge sliding glass door lets in a ton of natural light and leads to a balcony where you can enjoy your morning’s coffee while you catch a beautiful sunrise. You’ll appreciate the extra storage in the large dresser, which is topped by a large flat-screen TV that will help you unwind before you fall asleep! The master bathroom features a vanity with lots of drawers and counter space, as well as a large mirror and a linen closet for extra storage. The seashell décor really adds to the ambiance of your private oasis!
The second bedroom has two plush twin beds that are ideal for children or guests traveling together. The shades of blue and brown continue the nautical theme of Siesta Dunes Beach 38A, along with the decorative oar above the large windows! Help the kids to sleep with a little TV before bed, on their own flat-screen HDTV. With a TV in every room, no one needs to fight over channels here! And no one will need to wait in line for a shower, thanks to the convenient second bathroom. Brightly lit and decorated in shades of peach and cream, this is a tranquil place to enjoy a quick shower or a long soak.
You’ll love the resort-style amenities in this lovely villa. There is a full-size washer and dryer, so you can always have dry swimsuits and fresh towels. Grab them in the morning and head straight to the heated pool, perfect for swimming year-round! Splash around with the kids, swim laps or lay out in the sun on one of the many lounge chairs. On cool evenings, take a dip in the jacuzzi as you relax beneath the stars. For a break from swimming, explore the well-tended gardens at Siesta Dunes Beach 38A as you stroll beneath the palm trees. Don’t forget to pack your racquets and play a few games on the tennis courts, or take the kids to the playground!
The white sands of the Siesta Key beaches are just steps away from your condo. Take advantage of the boardwalk and easily carry a picnic lunch straight to the ocean. You can walk for miles beside the clear blue water, feeling the wind on your face as you gather seashells from the gentle waves on the shore. Build sandcastles with the kids or frolic in the sea. Stay late enough, and you can catch an incredible sunset, which is a memory that will last a lifetime. Beyond the beaches, Siesta Key has fun for the whole family. Head out for a day of bicycling, boating, shopping, and miniature golf, then return to Siesta Dunes Beach 38A for a relaxing drink on your deck. The family will love it, so book today!

A Wonderful Holiday Experience
We loved the condo, especially since the washer and dryer were in the unit. We also appreciated that there were 2 queen size beds in the master bedroom so our kids and grandkids could have their own room. The living room couches were quite old and warn out. Our only complaint was that there were tons of little ants in the kitchen cupboards and pantry and on the kitchen counters. We had to keep all the food in the fridge. There was also no contact person available at check in and when we called the number provided, no one ever called us back. We would definitely stay there again.
Hi Debby - Thank you for taking the time to share this information with us. I apologize for the follow up issues. I have already contacted my property manager to get these fixed. We appreciate the feedback, and we hope that you will consider renting from us again next time. I'd like to offer you a coupon good for 10% off your next stay. Just enter the coupon code rebook10 when you reserve your rental! Thank you again for your comments. Steve Milo, 904 385 3888, Vacation Rental Pros, 6233 A1a South, St. Augustine, FL 32080
Spacious, stocked, easy access condo
We enjoyed our week so much we booked for next year! Our condo had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The grounds are beautifully maintained. We used the large community deck and grills several times. And the pool and hot tub were used by the kids when they weren’t on the magical beach!
Very old & tired condo beside the road
The condo is very tired & old. Furniture is of a very poor quality. It’s the worst location on the Siesta Dunes property (which is lovely). It’s right beside the road so the outdoor patios are useless unless you want to watch the traffic on Midnight Pass Road. Over priced for what you get.
Large, roomy condo with great patio area. Lots of sand toys, floats & thanks for the use of the cooler. The beach towels are a little thin. The washer/dryer are nice, but I had to purchase detergent to wash the towels. The only condiments in the unit were salt & pepper, 4 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels & 4 dishwashing detergents. The tvs worked well. Its great having the code to the door for easily entering. Parking was covered & close by. The beach & pool are great, free chairs & $15 for an umbrella per day. The only negative is it is the furtherest unit from the beach, next to the road, although we didn't hear the traffic. We would return to this unit and especially Siesta Dunes!
Unit was severely dated, everything cheaply done. Unit was not very clean, and some of the closets were not useable because of owner’s belongings, limiting storage. We found rat droppings on the screened in porch, and twice found cockroaches in the unit. We were disappointed in the timeliness of response when we reported the rat problem. The owner eventually fixed the porch screen door, but on the morning we left we suspected there were fresh droppings. We kept the inner door to the porch closed during our stay, so fortunately the rats seemingly didn’t get into the unit proper. Finally , Vacation Rental Pros, at the end of our stay, learned of our issues and offered $100 as consolation. I thought that was nice until I received a legal document to sign before the release of the money which, among other stipulations, forbade our ever discussing our issues either verbally or in writing. I was infuriated, will not sign. They can keep the $100. We will never again deal with Vacation Rental Pros.
Firstly, we would like to apologize that your stay with us was less than satisfactory. We strive to provide exceptional vacation experiences in the utmost comfort. Your frustrations and concerns are completely understandable as we clearly missed the mark.
We are glad to know that maintenance was able to fix the screen doors and any issues thereafter so you could focus on enjoying the rest of your vacation.
Please know that we have listened and understood your feedback and have relayed your concerns to the proper channels. We are doing everything possible to make sure all issues are resolved at the property so future guests will have an enjoyable stay.
We apologize again for any misunderstanding on our end, as this was not our intention.
Although we weren’t successful in resolving your situation after speaking with you the first time, we hope you will give us another opportunity to regain your trust and host you in the future.
Very good overall experience
The place was clean with comfortable beds. I took one star away due to the walking distance to the beach. Otherwise, everything good
