My grandparents purchased the cottage in 1966. My sister, brother and I bought it from my dad, aunt and uncle this year.
Rich Hills purchased this cottage in 2015
When the opportunity to own this property appeared, we jumped on it! We have so much family history here and fond memories. The beach right at the end of the street is icing on the cake.
Great family orientated beach where the ice cream truck comes regularly. Easy walk back and forth to have lunch on the deck or just to get out of the sun for a little while. No need to pack up the car and hunt for a parking spot; it is a short walk outside the front door.
This is a great cottage with lots of charm. The walk to the beach is short, as advertised. The owner was super nice and accommodating. We look forward to renting this property in the future.
We (2 adults and one child) stayed in this house the second week of August and it was absolutely perfect. Its clearly an old beach cottage (like most in the area) but impeccably maintained with new appliances including a washer/dryer and even TV's. The house is fully stocked with all of the basics (including salt/pepper/dishsoap etc). Some rentals really only provide the bare essentials so it was nice not to have to worry about little things like that. We had a minor issue connecting to the wifi and when I reached out to the owners they responded immediately and fixed the problem. The porch was perfect for breakfast every morning and dinner each night. The location and proximity to the beach are what drew us to the house, the rest was really a pleasant surprise. We're already looking forward to next years stay!
