|Minimum Stay||2 - 3 nights|
A stay at Seahorse House offers the best of the both worlds: the privacy and spaciousness of a private home that can sleep up to eight people and the luxurious amenities of Cinnamon Beach Resort, part of the world-class Ocean Hammock community.
The two-story house is nestled among palms and open spaces within the gated Ocean Hammock community itself. A private walking trail leads you across a lake and down to the private Cinnamon Beach, which gets its name from the reddish color of its coquina sand.
In addition to reveling in the waves of the Atlantic Ocean, you can swim in the resort’s two oceanfront pools. Kids will love Ocean Hammock’s “splash zone”—it’s like a miniature water park. And everyone will want to hang out in the clubhouse: There’s a game room for kids, complete with air hockey and foosball, and a second game room for adults, with a pool table. And let’s not forget the fitness center, the whirlpool, and the café, all on the premises.
Then there’s the Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course right outside your window—and no, we’re not exaggerating. Seahorse House overlooks both the golf course and the lake. As you stand on the westward second-floor balcony, you'll feel as if you're in the treetops, with a view that extends for miles. The sunset is spectacular from this vantage point—luckily there’s plenty of seating on the balcony, so you can relish the view in comfort.
The inside of Seahorse House is just as lovely as the outside. The second floor is the main living and dining area, with a family room that boasts an HDTV with cable and DVD player. Those plump sofas are so comfortable—go ahead, stretch out for nap! Or if you’d rather surf the web, go right ahead: Seahorse House has free wifi.
Adjacent to the family room are the dining area and the kitchen. Gather around our big table for a family feast or a game of Uno, and when it's time to prepare drinks or snacks, rely on the spacious fully outfitted kitchen. You'll love the island work space, the glass-topped stove, and all the cookware, dishes, and utensils we've provided. Should you prefer to barbecue, there’s a grill on the covered first-floor patio.
Also on the second floor is the master suite. From its king-size bed you can gaze out at the lake or up at the stars—or watch your favorite shows on the HDTV. The adjoining master bath has both a shower for an energizing start to your day and a tub for a pampering soak at the end of it.
The other two bedrooms are on the first floor. One has a queen-size bed, the other two twin beds. A second full bathroom is conveniently close to both bedrooms. There’s also a second family room on this floor, which like the main living area comes with cable TV and a DVD player. One of the sofas in this room opens up into a queen-size bed—after all, the more the merrier!
Everything at Seahorse House is designed to let you enjoy your stay to the utmost. There’s an outdoor shower so that you can wash off the sands of Cinnamon Beach when you return from your morning walk or afternoon swim. And because no one wants to waste precious vacation time at the Laundromat, the house has its own washer and dryer.
Between the glorious Cinnamon Beach and the amenities of Ocean Hammock, there’s more than enough to keep you occupied without your having to leave the resort. But it would be a shame to miss out on some of the nearby sights and attractions: historic St. Augustine, Marineland, the Intracoastal Waterway… Even the Orlando theme parks are just a day trip away.
A stay at Seahorse House is as close to perfect as any vacation can be. So seize this opportunity to book your stay!
Hi! My name is Steve Milo and I started Vacation Rental Pros in 2006. Our family stays in vacation rental homes whenever we travel, both domestically and abroad! I own several vacation homes and listen carefully to all our guests' feedback. Our greatest compliment is when folks refer Vacation Rental Pros to their friends and relatives. We now manage over 1,800 properties in Florida, Tennessee and South Carolina. We have homes in Ft. Myers Beach, Orlando, St. Augustine Beach, Daytona Beach, Palm Coast, Ponte Vedra Beach, Hilton Head and Gatlinburg. We booked over 15,000 rentals and received over 5,000 guest reviews in 2016. Please call if you need help booking your dream vacation!
Our Condo was located at the Ocean Hammock Beach Resort in Palm Coast, FL which is about 35 min. from St. Augustine. The condo itself could not have been more beautiful and had everything you needed to have the perfect stay. Having 2 pools with one specified
as a "quiet pool" kept the splashers separated from the people who just wanted to relax, like us. That was a terrific idea! We stayed from 8/6/11 to 8/13/11 and seemed to pick a lovely weather week. The beach at Palm Coast was quiet and beautiful and absolutely
nothing swimming around to brush your ankles! It was very clean and the waves were medium sized. We did not detect the reef that some other people described, just a few rocks on the upper part of the beach. No worries here. We visited the European Village
as recommended by Vacation Rental Pros and had dinner at La Piazza Italian restaurant. That had to be one of the best Italian restaurants I've ever eaten at. The atmosphere outside in the village was quite quaint and you feel like you are actually in Europe.
Combining all this with the tours in St. Augustine which were fun with plenty of shopping and an absolutely wonderful sailboat ride on Eco Tours just made the vacation a dream come true. Thanks Vacation Rental Pros and Steve Milo.
We enjoyed our stay and loved this unit!! Still wish the Cinnamon Beach complex had the capacity for grills or a shared grilling space. Otherwise, it is a great location and a lovely complex.
great place, all in good condition, new or practically new (except washer and dryer). a REALLY good bed in master (I am a big guy and appreciate quality mattress). We booked at last minute, this building, while really really nice, is the farthest from the pools and grill and beach.
Our two girls loved the bunk beds and having their own tv in their room. It was a treat for them to take a bath in the spacious master bath. Kitchen was well stocked. I loved the fact that there was even a hair drier and plenty of towels. One negative was that the sheets on the master bed were put on sideways and inside out and housekeeping didn't put top sheets on the second bedroom bed or top bunk (We did locate them in the condo).
The decor is very tasteful. We especially loved the comfy sectional and chair. The sidebar was great for keys and sunglasses.

The beach was great. The rocks that others have mentioned were no big deal. Plenty of other space and they actually created a fun area where we saw many starfish. Both pools were great with nice side ledges. Unfortunately one of the hot tubs was under repair for a few days. We were pleasantly surprised with the food at the grill. Overall the area was very quiet and relaxing. Publix close by!

We would definitely go back.
Beautiful, friendly, clean and lovely place to stay. Can't wait to go back!
Unit was spotless and well equipped upon arrival. Furnishings were very nice and comfortable. Great view of the ocean and golf course from inside the unit and from the balcony.
