Recently renovated in-law apartment with private rear entrance. 2 bedrooms, kitchenette, living room combo and full bath. Sleeps 4 . Outside sitting area with a gas grill and parking for 2 cars. Local resturaunts and bars within walking distance. Downtown shopping, Perkins Cove and Marginal Way walking path just a trolley ride or a short walk away.

My husband, our two teenage daughters and myself just spent the first week of July here. This apartment was meticulous, beautifully maintained, well equiped, comfortable. The apartment is roomy enough for four. However, we did have company for dinner. It was a bit tight for six but, feasible. A Walking distance to the beach. An outdoor gas grill for barbecuing. As well, as a table with an umbrella and chairs for four. I would certainly recommend this property to family and friends.
The owner Elaine was most accommodating to our requests. We mentioned a lobster pot and she had one waiting for us. We showed up early to the property. Elaine explained that the apartment was not cleaned to her specifications however, we could use the bathroom and change for the beach.
