2 Double Bedroom Flat In The Heart Of London!

It doesn't get any better if you're landing at Heathrow! 15 minute train journey to Paddington tube station and then a quick 5 minute walk!

Minutes from Hyde Park, Oxford Street and the usual tourist locations.

Newly decorated, top-spec flat.

Features to note:

•2 bedroom 4th floor flat in a 6 floor block which is about 40 years old.

•Two double bedrooms with king size beds in each room, and a large sofabed in the living room. Total 6 adults can stay comfortably.

•5 minutes walk from the rear entrance of Paddington Station (which has a 15minute train ride option to London Heathrow).

•10 minutes walk to Hyde Park. Close to all the amenities and tourist locations (see map below).

•Newly refurbished (I just spent about 30,000 pounds on the refurb).

•Brand new kitchen with high-spec Neff appliances, new bathroom, new furniture, John Lewis lighting, and Amtico flooring.

•Central heating, comfortable and light/airy flat.

•High speed wifi internet, Cable TV.

•Safe and secure place with (website hidden)NEST thermostat, carbon monoxide/smoke/fire detectors, and secure entryphone.

I can offer advice on what's nearby, what to visit, how to get around and anything else you need. I am truly available 24/7.

Upmarket area, close to Hyde Park and Oxford Street.

5 minutes walk from Paddington Station, and from there you can get to anywhere you want to go. Taxis frequently passing by outside the block.

You can stop for a few minutes in the rear car-park, or taxis can drop you there. But no parking in the rear car-park (I don't have an allocated space).

I am flexible on checkin/checkout timings, it depends on who has booked the previous night or next night to you and what can be mutually agreed between all three of us.

Keys collection can be done 24 hours per day, so don't worry about your time of arrival or departure.


If you are quite sensitive to noise, you may not find my flat to be ideal for your needs. There is noise on one side from trains (the living room side) which runs from 5am to midnight, and there is road traffic on the other side (bedrooms side). However, I have double glazing and secondary glazing, which blocks the noise a lot, but it means you have to sleep with the windows closed. Honestly speaking, most of my guests don't have any issue with it (see reviews) because they quickly get used to it and it kind of fades into the background and it doesn't bother them really.

Great location if you are landing in Heathrow with all amenities in recently renovated unit

We very much liked the location, particularly the proximity to Paddinghton station and a bus stop right outside of the building to catch a bus ride to central London.

The place was recently renovated with all the amenities to make the stay very pleasant for two adults and three children.

There was train noise if the front window was open, but it was infrequent and we did not hear the noise when the window was closed.

I would highly recommend. We would stay there again.

Excellent Central London location close to tube stations and grocery stores

The flat is located within a 5 minute walk from the Pattington Station, both for the Heathrow Express and Tube networks so very convenient to get to/from places within London. The flat was extreme clean and well maintained with all modern necessities. There are a couple of grocery stores within a 3 minute walk from the flat as well as lots of restaurants.

One of the advantages of this location is its proximity to many of Central London's attractions, Hype Park, Westminster Abbey/Cathedral, Kensington Place, Big Ben, Buckingham Place, 10 Downing Street, and for the Sherlock fans, the famed 221B Baker Street (although the actual Sherlock flat is not on Baker Street, you do see the actual door and cafe used in the movies a couple of blocks away from Baker Street). Many of these attractions are within walking distance if you do not mind walking 30-40 min (which we didn't) and it is a good way to get to know the character of the area.

The flat is large enough for a family of 5 which are is with room to eat in if you like and has all necessary cooking utensils required. All are in good working order and modern and you have a washer/drier unit in the kitchen area which was a bonus. Great for a family of 4-5 or 2 couples.

Krishna is available by phone or email literally 24 hours a day so if you run into any issues or have any questions, he will get back to you very quickly. He is a great host. Also, he provides a very good information package to gives information on many attractions, shops, stores, etc in the area so you do not have to wander around to look for where to get things.

Excellent for American Families

My family of 6 with four teenage children found this property perfect while trying to be close to the center of London and remain on a budget. The location is a 200 yard walk from Paddington train station and the tube/subway. We are walkers and typically walked to the bus station each day and rode the bus to main attractions downtown. We also walked to and from on some of the days. The inside was very clean and recently remodeled with new appliances. Internet was excellent and the TV/channels were great. The bedding was clean and new and the towels were actually soft/new. The flat already has converters for U.S. plugs and the outlets even have USB ports for charging. Grocery stores, Starbucks, and many restaurants are an easy short stroll away. Anand makes getting to the flat easy. His representative met us on time and even accommodated a last minute early arrival. Anand's attention to detail make this apartment a great find. We have stayed in many flats and this one has it all.

Convenient flat within London

The flat is conveniently located and near to public transportation (bus & subway) to central London. Shops and restaurants can be found not very far. It is well furnished and comfortable. Organization proved to be very professional and trustworthy.

Can be recommended for a short stay with a family.

Confortable and very clean appartment with "almost" perfect localisation

We were a family of 4 adults and a six-year old child. The appartment matches with the description and was very convenient for us.

Localisation is perfect : we reach the appartment in 35 mins from the Heathrow airport luggages reclaim area (including a 10 mins walk at slow pace from the Paddington station !).

Also, we almost always use the bus during our stay because the bus stop is located just at the appartment entrance, with routes to main attractions : 27 to Camdem Town, 7 and 23 to Oxford and Piccadilly Circus / Trafalgar Square, and 36 to Buckingham Palace.

Paddington tube station for the Circle line is at a 5-min walk max. Beware if you return to Paddington: the Barkerloo line was closed for work for several months during our stay and we had to walk from Edwage Road or Lancaster Gate (10/15-min walk max.).

Little Venice is at a 5-min walk.

We have a run almost every mornings in Hyde Park (5.8 km: appartment / Lancaster Gate / full round of the Serpentine).

Beds and the couch were very confortable and we have slept as a baby.

However, if you sleep in the living room on the big couch, you may hear the trains circulate very early in mornings. The two bedrooms are quiet and we hear no noise.

Mattresses are firm and confortable.

It looks like the appartment was refunished recently. All equipments and appliances look like new and efficient.

Sainsbury Local is at a 5-min walk.

We highly recommend this appartment and will not hesitate to book it again for further visits in London.
