This spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. Hardwood floors and large windows create an open, airy feel, while tasteful furnishings - such as a spiral staircase and iron stove- add a classic and clean atmosphere. The patio leads into the living room through sliding glass doors, flooding the room with natural light. The living room has an L-shaped couch, perfect for relaxing on and reading a book, or chatting with a friend. This apartment is the perfect clean, serene, and relaxing environment for any traveler.
Located in one of the best blocks in Noe Valley, our apartment is tucked away in a quiet spot, but still walking distance from shopping, dining, coffee, and more! 24th Street is 3 ½ blocks away, and is lined with great places to go. Whole Foods is a 5 minute walk away. You’ll also be within walking distance from great bars and lounges, like the Valley Tavern, the Caskhouse, the Dubliner, and More. Bernie’s, a coffee shop known for its delicious pastries, is 5 minutes away on foot. There are dozens of other options for even the most selective palate! Take a 15 minute stroll to Mission Dolores Park, the best place in the city for people-watching, or walk to the Mission district to enjoy its famous nightlife. The 24th St. Mission BART Station is 13 minutes away on foot, so it’s easy to explore the whole city.
Our home has an electronic lock or lockbox located on or near the entrance. Before and during your stay, you will have access to our mobile-friendly House Manual that contains check-in instructions, access instructions, amenity details, FAQs, and a reporting tool for maintenance requests. The codes needed to enter the property are available 48 hours prior to check-in in our online house manual.
Please remember that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. Therefore, we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own. We travel often and have help managing guest services for our home while we are away.
Other Things To Note:
- There will be some construction upstairs Monday-Friday from 8:00AM-5:00PM beginning on July 6th. Our goal is have as little disruption as possible to all guests during this time.

Thank you in advance for respecting our house rules, they are very important to us. Please keep a reasonable volume so as to not disturb our neighbors, and do not invite other guests or have parties. We would appreciate it if you wash any dishes you use during your stay. Please leave the house in the same condition you found it as when you first arrived. You will be staying at a Pillow Homes approved property and guests are required to follow the Pillow rules and terms.

The place was great and a lot bigger than it looks in pictures. Lower level unit with an awesome balcony and a back yard with a great view. Four stars only because of the construction upstairs, otherwise the place was perfect.
