About Bill and Lynne Renzenberger

We both grew up in the Midwest , and lived in a four-state area most of our lives (Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska). Naturally, we gravitated toward tropical areas for vacations, and, upon retirement, traded in the corn fields and oak trees for palms and fresh seafood.

Bill and Lynne Renzenberger purchased this house in 2015

Why Bill and Lynne Renzenberger chose Cape Coral

We vacationed here from Kansas for several years. We enjoyed it so much we decided to make Cape Coral our permanent home. We currently live within a mile of our vacation rental property.

What makes this house unique

This home is located in the most popular and sought-after part of Cape Coral. The addition of the pool and lanai made it the perfect getaway spot for either staying in or going out. Bill and Lynne LOVE to fish. Talk to us about tagging along!

This house was awesome!

  • 5 of 5

Our stay at this house was great! Everything was clean and well kept, it had all the amenities that we needed, and the house was very open to socialize. We have an 18 month old and a 3 1/2 year old, we used the pack 'n play and the high chair, both were in great condition. The house was nice and open so we could keep an eye on the kids and the pool had a safety fence around it so we weren't worried about them outside. Overall, this was a great experience.

Cant return!

  • 5 of 5

We just returned from our vacation Sept 17th – 20th. OMG, this home is absolutely beautiful! The pictures did the house no justice. It was simply amazing. The décor was well arranged not to mention the wonderful artwork that filled the rooms. I was impressed to learn that Lynne is an artist. Great work Lynne! The living room leather recliners were awesome. The beds were comfy. Great quality furniture. It's also in a great location. We were close to stores, restaurants, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva Island. The homes around us were just as gorgeous. The neighborhood was picture perfect. We felt very safe within our surrounding’s. The owners (Bill and Lynn) met us and gave us a tour, keys and they were on their way. They welcomed me to call them if ever I needed them. The house is extremely well equipped and we couldn't think of anything we needed that wasn't provided in the house. They even had beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, kid’s pool toys, and coolers. The pool was perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning! . We would definitely recommend this house to anyone. You will not be disappointed! Thanks Bill and Lynn for making our trip that much more enjoyable!

Very nice home!

  • 4 of 5

We loved staying at this home! It's gorgeous and very well maintained. It was also very clean! We loved having a pool to ourselves! Only drawbacks were the construction and noise around the location (next door to and behind the house) which wasn't welcome at 630am, however, this was not the owner's fault at all. Also, this was our first experience staying in a home where we were charged extra for power. We ended up paying $87 additionally for "extra" power. This was taken from our $500 security/damage deposit. House is in a good location, but the closest Gulf beach is Sanibel, Captiva, and Ft. Myers which are about 30-45 mins away. You MUST try The Lobster Lady" for was awesome and they have nightly specials!

Owner's Response: Hello Mary Anne V , We are glad you had a nice vacation at our home. Lobster Lady is truly a tasty dining experience! We're sorry you were surprised at the electricity charge since it is clearly stated in our rental agreement , which you accepted when you made your down payment. Since we have no control over electric consumption, this method of pricing allows our tenants to control their own electric costs, and we don't have to raise our rates to cover the highest possible electric bill. Many vacation properties add this charge for this very reason. As you stated, we had no control over neighborhood construction. We're sorry they started work so early. Those homes are finished now. Sincerely, Lynne and Bill

Outstanding Vacation and Outstanding Home

  • 5 of 5

We just returned from our vacation (May 5th - May 14th). This home is absolutely beautiful and was very comfortable for us. It's in the perfect location, close to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva Island. It's in the nicest area of Cape Coral in the Southwest Cape, among beautiful homes and close to great restaurants and about anything else you want to do. The neighborhood is perfect for walking and biking, and includes many bike/walking paths and sidewalks. We can't rave about our stay enough. We had a great time and the owners (Bill and Lynn) are very nice and went out of their way to answer any questions we had about the area and ensured we had a nice stay. The house is extremely well equipped and we couldn't think of anything we needed that wasn't provided in the house. They even had beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler. The pool was wonderful and the owners even came over to turn on the heater. We couldn't have been happier. We would recommend this house to anyone. Thank you Bill and Lynn for a wonderful stay!

Great place to stay in Cape Coral

  • 5 of 5

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at this beautiful home! It is located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. It is very nicely furnished and decorated, and had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation, including beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler. We were staying here with our children and grandkids, and they loved the pool in the backyard. We were glad there was a child-proof fence around it, so that we didn't have to worry about their safety. The owners were very nice to work with and answered our questions promptly. We highly recommend this property.

Great Location, Great Property

  • 5 of 5

This is a great property if you want to stay in Cape Coral. The owners met us at the house when we arrived and explained the workings of the house, as far as the pool heater, the ceiling fans, etc. The house was exceptionally clean, and well stocked as far as linens, towels, kitchenware and utensils. The grill was an extra bonus. This location is great for everything local to Cape Coral and has easy access to bridges over to Fort Myers Beach. I would (and will) recommend this property to anyone who is looking to stay in the area.
