Brand new pool and lanai provide ample space for swimming, sunbathing, grilling, and dining. The interior of this beautiful four bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation home consists of a huge King master with en suite bath featuring garden tub, separate shower, dual-sink vanity, and twin walk-in closets. Three additional Queen bedrooms and a second full bathroom exist on the opposite side of the home. Spanning the center is a vaulted great room with well-appointed kitchen and breakfast areas. A formal dining room and a TV den occupy the front of the house.

This property is in a great location, convenient to Cape Harbour restaurants, shops and marina, as well as additional nearby restaurants, bars, supermarkets, services, and attractions for all ages. Strict eight(8)- person limit. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

About Bill and Lynne Renzenberger

We both grew up in the Midwest , and lived in a four-state area most of our lives (Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska). Naturally, we gravitated toward tropical areas for vacations, and, upon retirement, traded in the corn fields and oak trees for palms and fresh seafood.

We vacationed here from Kansas for several years. We enjoyed it so much we decided to make Cape Coral our permanent home. We currently live within a mile of our vacation rental property.

Comfortable, cozy & Neat House !

We had a great time in the house. It was spacious and comfortable for all of us. We loved the pool, and all the amenities that came with the house. It was nice to have extra towels to use for the pool or beach. Also, the owners were very nice to us. We would definitely recommend this house for vacation.

This house had everything that we needed to have a successful vacation with a baby and a toddler. The house was equiped with a pack n play, high chair, and enclosed, kid friendly pool. The owners were super responsive and informative. The house was also very well equiped. We enjoyed everything about it stay.

This house was awesome!

Our stay at this house was great! Everything was clean and well kept, it had all the amenities that we needed, and the house was very open to socialize. We have an 18 month old and a 3 1/2 year old, we used the pack 'n play and the high chair, both were in great condition. The house was nice and open so we could keep an eye on the kids and the pool had a safety fence around it so we weren't worried about them outside. Overall, this was a great experience.

Beautiful home in a beautiful location!

We had an absolutely perfect experience at Bill and Lynne's vacation home. The home was very clean and super comfy! We had absolutely no problems at all, but Bill and Lynne were just a text away if we needed them. The house was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The pool area, which includes a grill, was just perfect! The neighborhood was quiet and the homes were all quite beautiful,with a marina just down the road. The marina has several restaurants,shops, and a cute little cafe. Sanibel Island, Pine Island, and Fort Myers Beach, were all about 30-45. away depending on traffic. Definitely recommend this vacation home to anyone looking for a vacation home rental!

Cant return!

We just returned from our vacation Sept 17th – 20th. OMG, this home is absolutely beautiful! The pictures did the house no justice. It was simply amazing. The décor was well arranged not to mention the wonderful artwork that filled the rooms. I was impressed to learn that Lynne is an artist. Great work Lynne! The living room leather recliners were awesome. The beds were comfy. Great quality furniture. It's also in a great location. We were close to stores, restaurants, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva Island. The homes around us were just as gorgeous. The neighborhood was picture perfect. We felt very safe within our surrounding’s. The owners (Bill and Lynn) met us and gave us a tour, keys and they were on their way. They welcomed me to call them if ever I needed them. The house is extremely well equipped and we couldn't think of anything we needed that wasn't provided in the house. They even had beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, kid’s pool toys, and coolers. The pool was perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning! . We would definitely recommend this house to anyone. You will not be disappointed! Thanks Bill and Lynn for making our trip that much more enjoyable!

Tax Rate 11.0%

Electricity charges are determined by meter reading at check in and check out. Electricity rate is $0.12 KwH. Excessive cleaning is not included in the standard cleaning fee (example: grill cleaning is $50). Electricity charges, excessive cleaning fee, and damages (if any) are determined at check out, and will be deducted from deposit. The remainder of the deposit will be refunded at that time.


Cancellations can only be made in writing. Cancellations prior to the lease date are subject to the following compensations:

31 – 60 days prior to arrival date: $500.00 deposit
0 – 30 days prior to arrival date: 100% of the rent
We recommend buying cancellation insurance.

If tenant ends the tenancy prematurely, he or she remains obligated to pay the full rental amount.
