As we are in Canada, our rates are set in Canadian Dollars. In any case, the settlement will occur on your credit card in your currency and the exchange rate given will depend on the policies of your bank.
After booking, you will be introduced to one of the members of our wonderful concierge team, who will answer all of your questions, and working with you to arrange a time to meet and greet you at the property so they can offer a proper building and unit orientation, make sure you know how to use everything and know the best places to go.

This large, 1500 sq ft luxury vacation condo is a rare find in Victoria's Inner Harbour. Enjoy downtown living at its best with sweeping views from the wrap around balcony and the ideal location adjacent to the world-renowned Empress Hotel. Exquisite design and luxury finishes make this a wonderful choice .
Features to be noted include over height floor-to-ceiling windows/doors out to the balcony to take in the stunning ocean, mountain and city views. Enjoy the morning sunrise or evening sunset; take in the vibrancy of the city action on the deck or people watch at the pool a few floors below.
Another feature is the Italian kitchen designed by Schiffini. All of our properties are fully equipped to make your vacation easy and stress free. The kitchen has everything you need with all stainless steel appliances: microwave, stove with large oven, a large refrigerator, double sink, dishwasher, toaster oven, and much more. All kitchen utensils are supplied as well as your basic staples and often more.
This unit has two bedrooms plus a den in addition to the spacious living and dining area, offering multiple living spaces for when you want some quiet time to yourself. There is in suite washer and dryer. A secure underground Private Parking space is also included.
New features now include a second TV and black out blinds in the bedrooms for those nights in the summer when the sun never seems to set.
There is so much to offer in Victoria’s premier building with air conditioning, an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, fitness facility, amenities room.

The location made exploring Victoria treat. The proximity of Brown's Social House made end of day drinks and noshes a delight. Their grapefruit-basil martini was beyond delicious. Lawrence, our concierge was a welcoming and wonderful host who made our stay easy and fun.
What a wonderful vacation place is "The Falls". I'm recommending it to all my friends who are travelling to Vancouver Island. Thank you Lawrence, thank you Victoria Prime.
I cannot say enough good things about our experience. From start to finish, we were over the moon impressed with every aspect of our stay. Once you book the condo, you will receive numerous emails about the property, the area, recommendations, and check-in processes. That's a really nice touch because having booked so many places over VRBO/HomeAway, I'm sometimes nervous when I don't immediately hear from the booking service. Arrival information is clear and you're given numerous contacts to insure a smooth check-in. Lawrence was amazing and took the time to get us familiar with the area, recommended restaurants, and great attractions.
The condo itself is sparkly clean (I'm almost a germophobe, so this is always a big deal for me). The layout is fantastic, giving everyone lots of space. As a corner unit, the windows are tall and the light is fantastic. Having stayed in so many vacation homes before, I was shocked at how well-stocked this home was. The kitchen is better equipped than my kitchen at home! The parking garage is safe and large. The condo is more beautiful than the pictures can show.
As for location, it cannot be beat. Restaurants galore at your doorstep; literally, since there is a delicious restaurant at the base of the building. All of the restaurants, stores, coffee shops, ice cream places, Chinatown, the Harbor, farmers markets -- everything is walking distance. We always look for walking proximity to amenities and this condo more than fits the bill.
I do not hesitate to recommend this property and this team! I only wish this team ran the booking for every property I want to book. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
This condo looked lovely from the website, but the location, view, and amenities were wonderful. After booking the property, the communication with the Victoria Prime team felt a little more 'hands on' than we were used to with other rentals, but it was a wonderful experience. It was so nice to have everything we needed, plus a personal tour so we knew how to work all the needed items in the condo. The team is wonderful and provides an excellent resource for any concerns - or even restaurant tips!
The condo itself is sparklingly clean and well appointed, we wanted for absolutely nothing while we were there. I was especially fond of the white noise machine next to the bed, a thoughtful touch. Between the blackout curtains and white noise machine, we slept very well. The Wi-Fi was dependable and all the TVs were very new so we could easily use our Chromecast to stream movies. This location is in the heart of everything you could possibly want to see, and we spent a happy week walking most everywhere. When we did go on a couple of long drives, it was so easy to get in and out of the city, since the condo is right off the main road in/out.

I don't think there is anything you can improve.
The unit was lovely, clean and very quiet. We felt very safe in the building too. The views were great and we were entertained by watching the roofing repair project at the Empress!!! The master bedroom bed was very comfortable for my back. Usually I need to add cone foam wherever we travel but this bed was as comfy as my bed at home. It would have been nice to have a TV in the other bedroom since my husband slept in there. We both like to watch TV in bed and he missed having that during our stay. The kitchen was very well equipped and it was nice having some supplies like dishwashing soap and plastic bags so we did not have to run out and buy everything for just a few days.
Where to I even start? Everything about this rental is perfect. This is by far the best VRBO I have ever rented. Superb downtown location that is easy walking distance to all attractions and tourist destinations. The unit is immaculate and is well stocked with everything you need from coffee pot to toaster to a BBQ grill to every utensil imaginable. The property managers are very attentive to all questions and needs and the manager who let us in gave a detailed briefing and tour of the unit and facilities. Very secure building with underground parking and a pool. The gym was mainly aerobic equipment, but at least the building had a gym to use. I can't think of a negative comment about the place...seriously.
I was fortunate enough to spend a weekend in this fantastic apartment with my best friends for my 50 birthday! The agent representative, Linda, was an absolute pleasure as she greeted us upon arrival. Everything was taken care of efficiently and effectively from start to finish. The apartment is in the best location in Downtown Victoria and within walking distance of everything downtown. I will most definitely rent this stunning apartment again the next time I visit Victoria!

PAYMENT An advance payment of 50% of the rental rate is required to reserve the desired dates. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. Payments outside of Canada may be made in the form of credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) or bank transfers. Bank money orders, cashier’s cheques or personal cheques are payment options (for Canadians only) payable to Victoria Prime. Cheques must be secured by a credit card authorization while in route. Email transfers (Canadian banks only) can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due sixty (60) days before your arrival date. All payments are in CANADIAN DOLLARS. All reservations will be charged a Booking Fee.
CREDIT CARD AGREEMENT Guests must provide credit card details as a guarantee of payment to Victoria Prime. Guests accept all terms and conditions of the rental agreement and accept all liability for rent and charges related to property rental, as well as any damage beyond normal wear and tear during the term of the rental. Guests understand that these costs will be charged to the credit card provided. In the absence of another payment agreement, guests authorize Victoria Prime to charge the credit card provided for payment of these items. The guest whose credit card is on file alone is liable for all payments and damages on a reservation and is fully responsible for the full reservation rent and charges.
CANCELLATIONS A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will be refunded less a $50 admin fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent, deposit or cleaning fee. However, if we are able to re-rent the property for the dates cancelled, we will be happy to refund all or any part of that.
50% of the rental rate is required to reserve the desired dates.
The balance of rent is due sixty (60) days before your arrival date.
No tax on 30+ day rentals.
