This house was the original parsonage for the classic white congregational church next door to us.
Christopher Dunigan purchased this house in 2013
This historic house is right next door to our 1820 mill building and we were delighted to acquire it and bring it back to it's former glory
In addition to the screened in outdoor dining room this house is part of the Church St. mineral spring. We've included an outdoor mineral spring soaking pool that is dog friendly for fun after hiking frolics.

Very nice renovated home in the small village of Wallingford. The renter was extremely accommodating on such short notice. Home is well appointed with plenty of room for 8.
We had a wonderful time staying at Christopher's place. He was extremely hospitable and sent us recommendations for places to eat and find good coffee in the town. Okemo was just a 25-30 min drive away, which was perfect for our 1.5 ski days. Our group of 10 fit well in the space with day beds and extra side house. Would definitely recommend to others!
The open floor plan of the house is great for spending time with friends! You can hang out in the living room and see all the way through to the kitchen. The house is well equipped with everything you would need for a weekend. Beds and daybeds were comfortable. Christopher was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Came here to spend the weekend skiing at Okemo Resort, but would love to come back in the summer to check out the area!
We were a group of 8 adults and we had an excellent time. It is a beautiful house which is well equipped.
Me and a group of friends stayed here for New Years this past weekend and could not get enough of Christopher's house. It is so charming and comfortable - a perfect blend of old and new in a functional way. We had 8 the one night and 6 the other plus our dog. Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. We're already talking about coming back up during the summer to take advantage of the spring and fire pit!
First, Christopher is a great property manager. He lives next door and is there if you need him but leaves you alone when you don't. He is easy to communicate with and is organized. The house is as it shows in the pictures. It is clean, cute, and has just what you need for amenities. And if not, Christopher is happy to get you what you need. Dogs are allowed and it is easy to walk them around the neighborhood and there is a little back and front yard that is fenced. Nice, reliable, clean place to stay!
