Why Christopher Dunigan chose Wallingford

This historic house is right next door to our 1820 mill building and we were delighted to acquire it and bring it back to it's former glory

What makes this house unique

In addition to the screened in outdoor dining room this house is part of the Church St. mineral spring. We've included an outdoor mineral spring soaking pool that is dog friendly for fun after hiking frolics.

Perfect way to ring in the new year!

  • 5 of 5

Me and a group of friends stayed here for New Years this past weekend and could not get enough of Christopher's house. It is so charming and comfortable - a perfect blend of old and new in a functional way. We had 8 the one night and 6 the other plus our dog. Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. We're already talking about coming back up during the summer to take advantage of the spring and fire pit!

Clean, well managed, and as shown in pictures

  • 5 of 5

First, Christopher is a great property manager. He lives next door and is there if you need him but leaves you alone when you don't. He is easy to communicate with and is organized. The house is as it shows in the pictures. It is clean, cute, and has just what you need for amenities. And if not, Christopher is happy to get you what you need. Dogs are allowed and it is easy to walk them around the neighborhood and there is a little back and front yard that is fenced. Nice, reliable, clean place to stay!

Wonderful weekend with friends in Vermont

  • 4 of 5

We walked into the property to find a basket of freshly baked muffins awaiting us. What a lovely surprise. The home was spacious, making our stay with friends much more comfortable. The innovative use of the watering trough in the backyard has a pool was extremely creative. Wallingford Village was extremely quaint and just what we were looking for for a relaxing weekend away with friends. We are already planning our next visit here, possibly Thsnksgiving!

Well equipped, super cute and comfortable house

  • 5 of 5

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. The screened in porch and backyard are so relaxing. Inside everything to make your stay comfortable was provided and it really felt like a hotel. Nice white towels, nice sheets and comfortable beds. The kitchen was even supplied with the basic staples. We liked the kennel in the basement even though our dogs did not like the stairs. Christopher even left a welcome gift of muffins. Yum. The only things I would change is to have a king bed in the master and shades that went all the way down otherwise the house was perfect. We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Victorian house in Wallingford. The house was clean and fairly well equipped. It had plenty of IKEA type furniture which wasn't the most comfortable. We liked the deck and screened in porch. We were were disappointed in the kennel for our dog. It was located in a damp basement that was unappealing. Chris was a great landlord and provided many suggestions of places to visit. Don't miss out on brunch and dinner at the Victorian Inn. The owners are lovely and the food is tremendously good.

Great Stay!

  • 4 of 5

The house is perfect. A minimalist, contemporary design, the home is attractive and has everything you need. The backyard was the summer winner for us. The cooling mineral pool (doggies welcome) along with a fire pit and twinkling lights for sunset were so refreshing and relaxing. The kitchen and open concept were great for us and our pet. Nearby Lake Elfin was perfect for hiking, swimming and kayaking. Would definitely return!
