Why Christopher Dunigan chose Wallingford
This historic house is right next door to our 1820 mill building and we were delighted to acquire it and bring it back to it's former glory
What makes this House unique
In addition to the huge screened in outdoor living room / dining room this house is part of the Church St. mineral spring. We've included an outdoor mineral spring soaking pool that is dog friendly for fun after hiking frolics.

Christopher’s house was awesome for our eight guests! It felt bigger than in the pictures and the rec room was an awesome addition. A great house and a great host!
Great times. Just the vacation we needed. We will definitely be back.
Wonderful house in great location.
Chris made everything easy for us. Very comfortable with great space. Totally human and dog friendly with easy access to town, local hiking, great running trails and lake. Would definitely stay here again.
Great house, lots of charm and also has lovely updates. My kids absolutely loved the pool and game room and we all had a fabulous time.
Owners were easy to communicate with and we look forward to coming back next year.
cute house, great location, we'll be back!
The property is great. Nicely decorated, with every necessary amenity. Property owner is gracious and helpful. Highly recommend!
Chris was a pleasure to work with. The back yard was perfect for our travel party and 2 dogs. The house is a wonderful mix of old New England with a modern twist.
