The flat has been remodeled completely on May 2016. all equipments are new.
Nice décoration and comfortable localization. the metro station ballad is 3minutes from the flat.

Check in is between 3pm - 9pm after 9pm you have to come to us pick up the key in our office at 7th district or we provide the late check in service for 50 euros. It is much secure for you. I strongly recommend it.
Check out is before 11am.
We can accept check in earlier or check out later in case the flat is available, please check it with us.
We also provide the hold luggages service at the office.
When we agree the check in meeting please respect the meeting time. If you are too delayed without informing us, we may not able to wait very much. If we have to come back. the 2nd check in cost 50 euros.

The flat is full of light and situated in one of the most clean and safe central areas of Paris. It is fully equipped by everything you may need for your comfort stay.
One of the most charming shopping streets in Paris is Rue due Commerce. This small street stretches from metro La Motte Piquet Grenelle to Felix Faure and is jammed-packed with some serious shopping from Zara and H&M to Maje, Mellow Yellow, Comptoir de Cotonniers, Lacoste and more. It is local, and charming and you can take a nice break at Cafe du Commerce or sit in the park and soak up some sun on a nice day before heading back into the shops.
More recently, the massive shopping center of Beaugrenelle opened closer to the river. This is a first-class mall and we have loved popping in here for some mainstreem shopping as well as getting an Essie manicure at their nail bar or having some champagne and popcorn from the champagne bar at the state-of-the-art Pathé movie theatre.
If it is food shopping you are looking for, be sure to stroll down Rue de Lourmel and pick up some cheese at Fromagerie Laurent Dubois (2 rue de Lourmel) and while you are there browse some fine cuts of meat at Boucherie Marguerite (4 rue de Lourmel). On Wednesday and Sunday mornings there is a huge open-air market under the line 6 train from Dupleix to La Motte Piquet Grenelle that we love as well!
The 15th arrondissement is further broken up administratively into four quartiers: Grenelle, Necker, Saint-Lambert and Javel.
Grenelle is the quarter closest to the 7th arrondissement and thus directly neighbouring the Champs-de-Mars and the Eiffel Tower. Therefore, it houses many hotels advertising the proximity of the Tower. The waterfront part of Grenelle is home to the 1970s high rise residential development of Beaugrenelle, and the eponymous shopping mall. The more inland parts of the quarter are filled with 19th-century Haussmannian buildings, interspersed with some more modern ones.
The quarter of Necker, situated between Grenelle and the quarter of Montparnasse of the 14th arrondissement, is home to some of the locations named after Montparnasse, most notably the Tour Montparnasse and Gare du Montparnasse. It also houses more large public service and commercial buildings, such as the expansive Hôpital des Enfants malades. Otherwise, it is full of late 20th-century residential buildings, with many fewer Haussmannian structures than Grenelle.
The southeast quarter of Saint-Lambert is most known for the Parc des expositions de la porte de Versailles, which is one of the largest and most important exposition centres in France and Europe.
The southwestern quartier Javel had long been an industrial area of Paris, but has been reclaimed as office, residential, and recreational over the decades. It contains the Parc Andre Citroen, created over the former Citroen factory grounds, as well as the Heliport of Paris in its southern extremity.
