Master bedroom and Living room have an ocean front balcony directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, a full kitchen and large living room. Our Spacious (1440 sq/ft), fully air-conditioned unit sleeps 8 people comfortably. The unit contains a full size washer and dryer, free of charge. There is a large parking lot in front of the building, with a free parking spot for renters.

On a private beach with a heated private pool, private picnic & BBQ areas create the perfect paradise.

The building has both elevators and stairs. There are restaurants, taverns, shopping and attractions within walking distance. From amusement parks, gulf, Lowry Park Zoo, cultural centers, sporting events, museums, casinos, aquariums, theaters, wildlife sanctuaries, etc... with 14 miles of sandy beaches you'll never be bored, unless by choice!

I didn't want to be 'near' the beach, I wanted a property ON the beach. I love to simply walk outside & this stunning beach is at your feet.

I wanted to be able to look out directly on the Gulf!

I wanted to be able to hear the sounds of the surf.

I wanted it to be large enough to bring my family there without feeling crowded.

This wonderful condo checked all my boxes!

Our condo is located directly on the Gulf Shore's white, sandy beachfront. It is approximately 27 minutes from St. Pete's Airport or 35 minutes from Tampa International Airport. Madeira Beach is located between St. Peterburg and Clearwater Beaches; near John's Pass & Treasure Island. Busch Gardens is a 30 minute drive. Disney World, Sea World and Universal studios are approximately a 90 minute drive.

Correct...It was a Million Dollar View

Loved the first floor and balcony. Well stocked with beach chairs, towels and toys. Very comfortable. Owner very helpful. My only concern was I felt it could have been cleaner! Also I didn't like how the key pick up worked.

Had a wonderful view of ocean and beach from are 1st floor Balcony.

We had a wonderful girlfriend week at Maderia beach . The beach was great and ocean water warm. There was plenty to do around the area. Time passed to quickly! Would recommend this Condo because of the wonderful view. The only thing we had trouble with was the Dryer. Took a long time to dry towels. Thanks Cindy for sharing your place we loved it. We did leave you 2 new beach chairs.

Exceeded expectations

Rarely do you see pics of a rental property only to find the reality exceeded your expectations. The million dollar view was no lie. 2 miles of pristine beach to the south and 1.5 miles to the south. Las brisas was the only property that had immediate beach access, with shower facilities on the beach and a pool. The owners paid careful attention to every detail. First night bought LOBSTER tails. Oh no forgot seafood cutters. Nope in the drawer. Several times I went looking for a utensil or pot or a dish. All there. So thoughtful. They were warm approachable good people. So helpful. My kids didn't want to leave the unit. It is so comfortable and homey. Well done.

This condo has stolen my heart! I love everything about it! We have been renting condos and houses every year for almost 20 years. Some more expensive, some less. This unit is by far my favorite! The location is perfect of course but it isn't just the location that makes the vacation. The condo is beautifully and richly decorated. The kitchen is gorgeous and conveniently stocked with little extras that really make a difference. I appreciate the partially carpeted living space. It really makes the room feel like a home but the tiled pass through gives it a vacay vibe! I love the layout and space of the laundry/utility room. It makes it easy to keep everything tidy and organized. I have learned to bring extras with me like dish towels, bath towels and chairs, but the unit is so stocked with everything, we did not need our supply. The teenagers loved having their own space and en suite bath. I loved waking up every morning to a perfect view! John's Pass is an easy 5 minute drive but honestly, we enjoyed walking across the street to Dockside Dave's! Our kids discovered the Snack Shack just a 5 minute walk up the beach. You pay for convenience but it is so nice to be able to let them walk there for lunch or a snack during the day. Cindy is amazing to work with! It was a zero stress experience from the moment we arrived until we reluctantly left for home. You will not find a nicer place with these views for less! Even my non beach loving husband said, "I could live here"!

Balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
Refund request must be received in writing 60 days prior to arrival date.
The cancellation fee is 50% of the deposit received up to 30 days prior to arrival, after which deposit is forfeited.
