Great place in Moab
Great for 2 adults and 2 kids. Quiet and great views
Quiet place to relax after fun and adventure
For our family of 5 it was great to be able to spread out a little rather than be crammed in a hotel room. It was also nice to have the bikes locked in the garage. Our kids enjoyed the walking path out the back door and we all enjoyed the great views out the windows.
Wonderful place. Clean, well equipped, large, nicely decorated. Quiet and relaxing, beautiful to sit outside. Just perfect!
Nice views, clean, but won't stay there again
I cannot recommend this unit - though there are some very nice things about it. It’s a townhouse in the south part of Moab, backing up to the golf course. It was very clean, and has a fabulous view from the patio. The kitchen / dining room / family room are combined into one small space. The kitchen was modestly equipped, and everything worked.
My complaint: it’s a two bedroom unit, with a shared bath (what they call a “Jack and Jill bath”). The bedrooms are upstairs, while the 2nd bath is downstairs, off the kitchen area. A shared bathroom upstairs just doesn’t work with two couples. Neither bedroom had dressers, but rather had cheap wire shelving in the closet. No place to put your watch or jewelry or wallet in the evening. Everything about the unit was “cheap” - the kitchen and bath fixtures were unbelievably cheap, to the point they were difficult to operate. The blinds in the living room window were cheap aluminum blinds that were badly damaged, dented, etc. They advertised a grill, but it was some weird electric model that we ended up not using - c’mon, they couldn’t provide a standard charcoal grill? It has a nice (but very small) patio - with no table! Several light bulbs were out.
To finish on a positive note - the beds were very comfortable.
Great place for families - nice, clean, beautiful view!
We recently spent 6 nights at the Lizards Lair and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property management staff was very helpful and responsive from my initial inquiry on. The condo was as described - not particularly fancy but well-appointed (even had electric blankets), nice decor, and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the view from the master bedroom is outstanding. We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was - we never heard our neighbors. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is the living room furniture as it was not very comfortable. We weren't there much so not a big deal, but when we were there, we were exhausted from hiking and wanted more comfort. If that furniture is replaced with a more comfortable sofa and chairs, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
Comfortable and roomy
This condo was close to town (4.5 miles) and in a beautiful location. Views, views, views! Very spacious and also very quiet.
Had all the amenities we required for our week's stay.
