A clean and contemporary beach apartment accented with the vibrant orange ticul limestone quarried locally, Casa San Bruno will stun you with million-dollar views from its terrace and open-air living spaces.

The endless quiet sandy beaches are just a few paces away, for dolphin-spotting, seashell-hunting, sunset-watching, and swimming. Inside are all the comforts of home--enjoy your privacy in one of 4 bedrooms, all with A/C and en suite bathrooms.

For convenience, use the stocked pantry to whip up a meal in the galley kitchen. Multiple dining spaces give small groups flexibility. Kick back with movies on the flatscreen, or head down to the pool--one of many condo complex amenities available to you, including a fitness center a BBQ area.

Located under an hour from Mérida’s airport, sleepy San Bruno is a favorite expat hideaway. Local rental car is recommended to explore nearby mangroves, wildlife reserves, cenotes, Mayan ruins, and the neighboring town of Progreso.

At the moment, we inform you that the elevator in Casa San Bruno is in process to being repaired. The time is not defined, due to circumstances beyond our control. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank for your understanding.

HOUSE RULES:

1. The home is available for check in after 3pm. Check out is before 11am. Depending on availability of the home, we are happy to accommodate an early check-in.

2.- Reservations may be booked up until 11:00am local time on the day of check in. Reservations received after 11:00am local time may be subject to cancellation if they cannot be accommodated. The house will be ready up to six hours after a reservation confirmation has been received.

3. At check in, you will be required to provide a valid photo ID and sign our renters agreement outlining our terms and conditions. A copy of this will be forwarded to you upon request.

4. Guests are responsible for the electricity they consume. Electricity is metered per kWh and the meter will be read at check-in and check-out to determine usage. The cost per kWh is based on the rate assessed on the prior bill and is subject to change. For current rate info, please ask. For tenancies longer than 3 months, gas usage will also be payable by guest.

5. A credit card authorization using a valid Visa or MasterCard is required at check in. Charges will be made to the credit card unless payment is processed through another form.

6. For stays longer than one month, additional security deposit will be required. For stays longer than three months, the last month of rent will also be due at check in.

7. Complimentary maid service is included for reservations over 7 nights (1 maid service per week). Additional services are available upon request.

8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home.

Modern Beachfront condo with *Conditions

The view and location was serene and tranquil. We were steps from the ocean! Our family experience was comfortable in the unit. The rooms were spacious and beds were cozy. Some constructive feedback -Given the recent Zika concerns, we were concerned as most windows and balcony sliding door were not screened in. The kitchen ware was old, worn and rusty. I'm sure the salty ocean air could be partly to blame but the kitchen ware should be replaced.We also had one day (0800 - 2100) without any water (no faucets, flushing toilets or shower), so we had to spend the day off site- not ideal ($$) for a relaxing family vacation, especially when we had already bought our groceries. Regarding the condo building and site-We were told upon check-in that the BBQ did not have a grill, and were unable to use during our entire stay. I would have expected to have the grill replaced by the next day, seeing as a grill is easily replaceable. Also the elevator to our unit on the 3rd floor did not work during our ENTIRE stay. This meant hauling our heavy suitcases and groceries up and down the flights of stairs. The showers in the common areas by the pool did not work as well. Although the condo management company was responsive and worked to fix our concerns, there was TOO much to continue contact them regarding- to actually sit and relax. I would also suggest the rental price include hydro, as I have never experienced this additional cost with any prior rental - which would be one less thing to consider when booking.
