Our Companies Condo Suite Lower Garden location is a great place to stay if you are working in the film industry, entertainment industry, business trip, or on an extended stay holiday/vacation and need a place to stay that feels like home.

Our Companies beautiful condo suite is located on the Mardi Gras parade route and Streetcar route on St. Charles Ave. and is in walking distance to everything New Orleans. CBD, Bourbon Street, Magazine Street and the Marigny.

The condo suite is a fully furnished studio with a sofa sleeper, writing desk and chair, dining table and two chairs, linens, towels,etc. the kitchenette has a (2) burner stove and small refrigerator, dishes, glasses, silverware, blender, toaster, bowls, kitchen towels, etc. The suite is also equipped with a flat screen tv, cd, and DVD and DVD's. WiFi and Cable. Bathroom and extra large closet.

Additionally, the building has a full gym, dry sauna, large social room, (2)laundromats with vending machines and a ATM machine. Outside find a pool and jacuzzi, a large grill, pool chairs and lots of patio furniture.The property also has 24 hour Security, is no smoking and has assigned parking.
